Loved everything

Housekeeper avoided cleaning room; hung do not disturb sign on door. We did not hang the sign, upon return we located the one outside the door and another on the inside. Attempted to call service multiple times without any answer after allowing the phone to ring for an extended period of time.

Pool and beach

Hallways and room floor were dirty. No excuse not to vacuum hallways. Also you couldn’t walk in your room without collecting dirt on your feet. Lastly, two coffees and two danish should not cost $29.00…. That is ridiculous

The location is perfect for getting to the beach, the restaurants, shops, or any other places in Miami Beach! All staff were nice and the room was clean as well.

Everything was good staying in this hotel. But, I wish they had a better parking option. We used the valet parking and it was a little expensive. But, the staffs were so nice! The size of the room was a little small for two people. I guess because I chose the lowest price...? Oh, the door in the bathroom.. It was a little heavy and not completely closed... We wish the door was completely able to be closed.

The location, the decor was cool the room was lovely and comfortable

 I made the mistake of going to the bar, the compass bar and of course they only have three vodkas. Three of the most expensive you can find and one that’s so crap you don’t want to drink it. I ended up paying $28 for a vodka and cranberry. By far the most expensive cocktail I’ve ever had and that includes a cocktail at the billionaires club in Porto cervo and Sardinia. The food and drinks are ridiculously mediocre and over priced. The Hotel itself was not bad but I will not be eating or drinking there ever again. Total rip off and +20% tip added, of course on top of everything which is ridiculous.

The resort was in a good location, clean and felt very safe. The art deco design was cute and the staff was nice and willing to help.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work, so the room was at about 75 our entire stay. The fan worked so there was some air movement and the weather wasn't sweltering so it was fine, but the resort didn't have extra fans or anything to provide. They did offer to send a technician to the room but when we called it was late so we opted not to have them check it.

The location was good, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Lincoln street shopping area, the beach is just behind the hotel, beautiful view. The room was in excellent condition, despite the room furniture that has quite matured. In the room there were plenty of electricity points, the iron with steamer worked and it was clean, the room was cleaned daily, the bed sheets were fresh and clean, as were the towels. There was laundry service daily except on Sunday, the housekeeping staff were welcoming and very helpful, as were the staff at reception and at the valet parking (who can order taxis when needed). Checking-in and checking out were very easy. We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel.

Loved our stay. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and location was great. Staff was friendly and happy! Felt it was a great pic from the time we arrived we got help with bags and we came off a cruise ship which we had to deboard early AM and we’re able to check in upon arrival- so thankful! We enjoyed the beach and all the facilities. Food and drinks were tasty and we were so relaxed. Loved our stay!

Struggled with the TV had to ask for assistance - was told it was new conversion and guide wasn’t set up and there was no quick guide in the room on how to operate it.

The place is good , the prices of bar and and foods are absurd , when u check out , they charged me again the resort fee , which I had already paid , also they charged me something I had on the beach , which I did not , I’m going to dispute both of these , also they trying to charge me a beer and a wine I had in the room , which I did not “$45.00” , they where still there , anyways ; they try to take money from you from anywhere ..

Great location, beautiful grounds with lovely foliage everywhere. Modern spacious room with two comfy double beds; separate toilet room with a sink. We arrived early around noon, and our room was ready early so we could have a whole day at leisure. Delicious food and drinks provided by Tiki Bar, especially the fish tacos and pina coladas! We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the lovely porch facing the pool. All the staff provided excellent service, particularly the beach and pool staff. We didn’t want to leave!
