The location made walking to restaurants and areas of Wynwood so easy. We had initially planned to store our luggage and wait until check in since we were arriving from a cruise. They were able to check us in early so we were able to go to the pool early. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff members were all kind and accommodating.

The only issue did come with a warning, which we were thankful for! At check in, we were warned the balcony rooms overlook the courtyard and there would be noise until a certain time. They gave us the option to move but we said that was ok. Sure enough, it was quite loud but it did stop when the front desk said it would. For us, it was not a big issue but others might consider the more quiet rooms away from the courtyard

The whole building is lovely. beautiful architecture, super new rooms, all very clean and well organized. It matches exactly the photos provided. Super close to Wynwood Walls (about 7-10 min walking), and cool bars around.

Check in staff was quite rude and not willing to help or give any basic instructions to people checking in. They charged me twice by mistake and the girl at the front desk was irritated and rude when I asked for help. The other guys were nice, but the check in experience was just awful.

Arlo’s amenities were brand new and top notch, with a solid well-equipped gym (2 pelotons, cardio and weight training machines), multiple lounge spaces for working or play (even a pool table!), and pool/rooftop bar. The room was also comfortable though on the smaller side. The entire hotel was so well designed and beautiful to look at, and really elevated our stay. The location was really convenient, only 10 minutes walking distance from a number of restaurants and shops that wynwood had a lot of.

Checking in took a little bit longer than expected, and the daily cleaning service didn’t arrive until 4/5pm, which is a lot later than we’re used to. One time we ran into the cleaning lady finishing up in our room when returning back from our day. We were also bummed that they didn’t have in room dining.

The room was clean and valet was great. I could walk to a lot of places as well. I liked the canned water in the room as well. Check in was really quick and the hotel is beautiful. I used the pool bar and the drinks were great. We also checked out the afrobeats party which was ok. I would definitely come back here for a stay and I have recommended it to many of my friends. I also felt really safe with the elevator system. Know my car was parked in a garage made me really safe as well.

I wish the pool bar opened later.

the ambiance and decorations. the location to nearby restaurants and wynwood art. Staff was nice, and had toiletries if you forgot something. They never emailed me a list of restaurants in the area like they said they would but that’s ok, they told me about plenty of options when I arrived.

The property was great, just wish the rooms would have been equipped with a mini fridge at least or provided an ice bucket with access to an ice machine because there was No options to keep drinks cool.

Breakfast buffet overpriced at $35.00 person because as a senior I can’t possibly eat so much food and my husband and I always share an entree as I eat so little after my surgery and we should not have staff yelling at us that we should pay for 2 people— shame on her!

As I said the above- no choice at breakfast- poor service— rude staff member— had to ask for manager- should accommodate a variety of people not just cater to young people.

The hotel is very well designed and full of light and in a wonderful location for the Arts district - the staff is exceptionally helpful - the hotel opened very recently so is still trying to find its feet I think.

The hotel restaurants weren't open on the days we were there and the breakfast option of quiche was just not very good though the cappuccino was quite nice - the hotel seems rather expensive for the level of service though I think it is just finding its feet since it is newly opened - the lack of a restaurant for half the week is particularly problematic

We loved the rooftop pool! The room was very nice, too. We didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment on that. The location is close to several restaurants. Really enjoyed our time there.

We used city transit and had to walk several blocks but that is minor. I am sure the location is reflected in the price. I lost my medication and sent an email asking if it was found and email was not answered.

All accommodations including the room, hotel restaurant, and pool were great! Location was great too. Based on accommodations I’d definitely stay again.

Front desk person was rude and condescending (I wish I had gotten her name). I requested a manager to check me in. Starting a stay with disrespect leaves a bad taste in your mouth moving forward.

The design is amazing. The location is excellent. The valet parking staff was very helpful and amazing.

The hand soap in our room was empty and they didn’t notice before we arrived or during our stay. Also there was a loose handle in the shower door. it was just a matter of tightening a screw, but I was there with a little girl and was dangerous.
