Hello, SONDER THE PALACE in Miami is a good place to stay. Sorroundings are also nice, we walked around day and night without any problems. Cannot rate the team, as we never had any contact with them, all was automatic, on line check in, access code, no reception, so no one to be rated. If you like to mind your own business and to avoid contact with staff, that is your place.

The TV that only works if you connect your device is a bit of a bummer, it cannot cost so much to have some cable channels up to surf through, so, they should consider this.

Easy check in and out with the smart lock. The apartment comes with the parking garage which is huge plus. The apartment was clean, had to spacious rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed. Overall very good value for the price.

Elevator during our stay was out of order for a day. And there is a construction right next to the building that could get a little bit noisy sometimes.

It was very clean, big room and nice place. The room was exactly what we expected. There were lots of places close by in walking distance such as Wynnwood walls and many food places. The beach was only 20 minute drive away which was a huge plus.

There was a pungent smell on the ground floor but that disappeared as soon as you got to the elevator. The coffee machine and coffee were not to my liking but thats ok. There was alot of construction around so the view was not too great but other then that it was good.

Location..close to a lot of attractions and places we went during our stay. Such as wynwood, Miami Beach, and of course midtown. Also, love the idea of not having a lobby, felt more comfortable and homey. Just a short walk away from a small park and sitting area to overlook the water.

Would have loved if a stove/oven was in the apartment, would make the space 10x better.

We had a few issues with the bathroom. We sent a message at night thru Sonder's App, and someone was there the next day. He was courteous, and provided excellent custumer service. Due to this issue, we were moved to a new room. Fast and easy! The location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is handled thru text or Sonder's App. There is not a live person at the lobby. Make sure to start the registration process prior to arriving. They will send you the access code once this

it was a bit tiny, pictures make it seem a bit bigger and the construction close by was a lil inconvenience

I really enjoyed staying here. Although the air conditioning went out they responded quickly and resolved the issue asap. I really enjoyed the space and will be returning.

I liked that it was a little apartment and that it had an outdoor atrium. This was good for the reason of COVID. It was not a lot of people around and it offered an outdoor space to lounge, which I thought was very nice.

The location was okay. It is behind a construction area for another hotel. So it is hidden.

Great facilities, felt very secure, very comfortable, excellent base. Pics are accurate.

Everything worked perfectly, no complaints.

I wish the elevator was working. We had lots of heavy bags and no one notified us regarding the broken elevator. As well not enougth parking to guests.
