The location and room was comfortable with a nice view.

I didn’t like that the Hilton is charging the guests $45 for parking when it should be part of the amenities especially for locals that are traveling by car.

The breakfast was very delightful and delicious.The location is very good because the view is very magnificent and beautiful.

I think that the waffles and pancakes could be better, in terms of flavour. Also I am not very satisfied with the elevators. They take a very long time to actually reach the floor when required. I have experienced it many times when I was staying. The day I was leaving I had quite a few suitcases and were standing there waiting for an elevator for more than 20 minutes. This is not efficient when you have to catch a flight or cruise.

Room very spacious and clean. Would have liked to have interacted with more English speaking staff; nevertheless, those who did not have a good command of the English language were still excellent in their approach and services. The location to the MetroMover - free transportation throughout the city was great. Thanks, for the free water. Also, the environment appeared to be safe. "Shout Out' to the concierge staff on the lower floor (Street floor) who assisted us very well, and patiently, in securing transportation (finally calling Uber when the taxi failed to show up)to the airport. Spacious lobby. Nice hotel.

That continental breakfast is not available at this fee level, and the cost of food is outrageously expensive. Mandatory 18 percent tax discourages one from tipping the waiters. Also, the menu did not clearly reflect what the restaurant serves.

Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness

I really loved that there was room service and that our room had a beautiful view. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. I liked that there was a pool, lounge area, and a restaurant and bar.

I was disappointed to find out that you are supposed to request a microwave ahead of your arrival at the Hilton. Although we had a fridge, most of our leftovers had to be thrown away due to them being very cold. I also thought that the elevators were very slow at times and we almost missed an Uber as a result of them working so slow.

The room was magnificent! We stayed in a junior suite and there were two wall of just windows looking out to the city. It was stunning. The room was huge and the entire hotel was well maintained and clean. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful.

When coming back from walking around the area there was a bus that dropped off a large group of people that were staying there (maybe for a special event) there were like 30-40 people there and only one of the elevator was working to get to the lobby, and because the elevator are so small they could only hold about 3-4 people with all their luggage. We ended up having to walk through the parking garage and using a different elevator to enter in through the ballroom entrance near where we parked just to get back to our room. It wasn't terrible it was just more inconvenient.

service at reception with an issue we had was resolved, with an upgrade and complimentary 1 day valley parking. indoor Starbucks also amazing, so you don’t need to get the 35USD breakfast you can have something at the Starbucks at the bar.

first room we got was right next to a loud vending machine, so we changed the room. second room we got during the night we heard loud noises and our kid was up all night long. turned out to be the elevator passing all night long. next morning we complained but got a complimentary room change Upgrade with a free one day valley parking

I did not try the breakfast. I went to the bar area for breakfast. The muffin was a little cold and coffee was ok. Did not each much breakfast here.

the property was unique an old mall turned into a hotel. Rooftop Pool had amazing views of Miami.

The smell of the hallways where the rooms were located. The smell wasn’t necessarily bad, it was more like the strong smell of the fragrance of the air freshener. We also had a drunken woman who had a fight outside our room at 4am that lasted for over 1/2 hour or more. Security tried to handle the situation tight outside the room, but she began attacking the security guard. It was like a scene out of Jerry Springer. Wish they got her to moved to an area where there were no guests trying to sleep. That guest was removed and the rest of the stay was fine. Again not the hotels fault, it was just an unruly guest who happened to be our neighbor.

We stay a few nights before our Disney Cruise, such a perfect location. We had a corner room so the view was amazing. We where able to have target and Amazon both delivered same day while we where out exploring. So much more for families to do in Miami than we had expected. Beautiful pool, little restaurant downstairs with a Starbucks in the morning.

Would have liked a place to wash clothes so we could have gone on the next step of our trip with all clean stuff but definitely not a deal breaker at all.
