I loved the swimming pool , gym , flats were big and spacious with everything included , free transport around

Not having housekeeping Not breakfast A bit far from the centre but you have a tram called orange trolley that takes you to the centre and it’s free so that’s great

The appartment was really good: bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and location. Both bedrooms and bathroom have decent sizes and the kitchen is well equipped.

The only downside was the shower of one of the bathrooms that, except for the shower curtain, didn't have anything to prevent water from spreading to part of the floor. If you want to use the building's parking lot, it's a little expensive ($40/day.)

Roomy. Very comfy bed. Lovely linen. Staff were excellent..friendly and very helpful. Free morning coffee very much appreciated. Lovely roof top pool. Didn't try the gym. Very good location. Biscayne tram line very handy..goes from Design district along the bay to Brickell. It's also free. Wynwood Walls 5 minutes walk and highly recommended.

No electric jug. Did appreciate staff tracking us down stove top kettle. Coffee machine in room but coffee sachets very weak for those who like a good strong brew. Dryer very noisy. Full kitchen but no dishes or trays to cook anything in the oven. If you're a bit challenged in your mobility having to climb into the bath to have a shower could be a problem. No anti-slip mats. America is expensive but didn't find anything better on Bookings.com while searching for options.

I love the location of this property and this it's a good mix of longer term tenants and people staying for a few days. The apartments were super clean, spacious and perfect for my needs - would definitely stay again. Staff including Jack and the rest of the team were all very helpful and friendly with any issues and feel if anything did go wrong (which it didn't) - they would deal with things extremely well.

The elevators!!!!!! They are the slowest I've ever seen - and most of the stay only one was working. I gave up and used the stairs in the end so if accessibility is important to you - keep this in mind.

It was very central Wynwood , you could easily walk to restaurants galleries, tram and bus access good. Staff were very nice, helpful and efficient . Accommodation , clean , beds comfortable , air con effective . Rooftop pool lovely as was social area rooftop.

We stayed for 2 weeks , there was not enough essentials supplied ie 2 toilet rolls , 1 dishwasher tab , 1 washing machine tab . ( if you were staying 1 day or 2 days these would be supplied ) It was an inconvenience to go to shops to buy these . I expected 2 weeks supply .

the pool and services around excellent. Since I had to leave earlier than planned (war in Israel and son called to enlist) the front office was very kind not to charge me for the missing days .

The location is great. Walking distance to so many things, Trader joes, bars, food places and even when traveling outside the location to like the Marina or South Beach uber rides were decently priced. Basically a one bedroom apartment and it fits 2 comfortably.

I didn't like how when we needed more towels and rags they said they weren't a typical hotel and we had to wash them. In the room they only provide 2 rags and 2 towels they should at least double up on that especially for people staying a little while. Felt the bathroom could have been cleaner regarding the tub it was hair on our shower curtain and it needs some scrubbing but overall not bad.

Spacious rooms, w/d, coffee in the lobby, nice gym, lounge area, awesome location and friendly staff. They even offer teslas to rent direct from their parking lot (though it was not available during my stay LOL)

My bedroom didn’t have a window; there was a large window in living room which brought good light into room but would have been nice to have a window in bedroom as well. Also, they should get more Teslas to rent. It would have been a lifesaver to rent a car right downstairs! Great idea but not well executed if there’s few available vehicles.

Location was great, room was nice, pool was awesome.

Guy that checked us in was just plain rude - unfriendly, reluctant to help, did give not give clear instructions when we had trouble checking in via the kiosk, told us we’d be towed in one minute when we asked where we could park to unload the car, etc. We also felt like we were being nickled and dimed when we had to pay $40 for early check in despite being only 90 minutes early. Overall very unpleasant experience checking in.

Clean. Location. Very modern and well decorated. Comfortable.

Pay for parking is ridiculous and no one was there to greet us when we came in. Had to wait and no instructions on how to get up to the third floor were given.
