I loved the swimming pool , gym , flats were big and spacious with everything included , free transport around

Not having housekeeping Not breakfast A bit far from the centre but you have a tram called orange trolley that takes you to the centre and it’s free so that’s great

The apartment suited our needs perfectly. We shopped at Trader Joes and made our own food in the well equipped kitchen. Free trolley bus outside the hotel that connected with the free Metromover meant that we were able to explore Miami easily. We were able to control the excellent air conditioning. The staff were always available to ask anything. The pool looked very inviting but we didn’t use it or the gym as we prefer to get out and about. The area of Wynwood with its street art is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our only criticism is that the towels are not changed during a 10 night stay. We know there is a washer dryer in the apartment but really who is going to do that on a holiday. Also there were no teaspoons in the kitchen.

The appartment was really good: bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and location. Both bedrooms and bathroom have decent sizes and the kitchen is well equipped.

The only downside was the shower of one of the bathrooms that, except for the shower curtain, didn't have anything to prevent water from spreading to part of the floor. If you want to use the building's parking lot, it's a little expensive ($40/day.)

Within a residential block. Great location for Wynwood and driving to other areas of Miami with an adjacent lovely cafe ‘maman’. Spacious apartment and excellent communal pool/relaxation area on the top floor. Great to have a washer/dryer to refresh the suitcase of clothes.

It was difficult to navigate from entering the car park to understanding the layout. The car parking is both above and below the ground level lobby! Signage to the lifts/stairs from the car park was absent. Check in, payment, separate payment for parking, creating room keys and check out are all automated so a pain in your butt! Lobby staff were mixed- some helpful, some only interested in their phones. Within the apartment the kitchen area would’ve benefitted from a chopping board and scissors. Elevators (2 for 6 floors) were painfully slow! To be expected in Florida/US but to give you an idea, the 4 different taxes added $50 to our stay plus $30 resort fee per night plus $40 per night parking.

Roomy. Very comfy bed. Lovely linen. Staff were excellent..friendly and very helpful. Free morning coffee very much appreciated. Lovely roof top pool. Didn't try the gym. Very good location. Biscayne tram line very handy..goes from Design district along the bay to Brickell. It's also free. Wynwood Walls 5 minutes walk and highly recommended.

No electric jug. Did appreciate staff tracking us down stove top kettle. Coffee machine in room but coffee sachets very weak for those who like a good strong brew. Dryer very noisy. Full kitchen but no dishes or trays to cook anything in the oven. If you're a bit challenged in your mobility having to climb into the bath to have a shower could be a problem. No anti-slip mats. America is expensive but didn't find anything better on Bookings.com while searching for options.

It’s in a really good spot - within 25-30 minutes of South Beach, Little Havana and Downtown Miami. Wynwood itself is also a really cool area with plenty to see, do and eat. The property was clean, and catered to our needs for the whole week. The staff were also really helpful. We felt really taken care of.

As overseas customers, we struggled to get the on-site parking app to work. The manager helped us out with this, but it took a fair amount of his and our time. This could be improved by the app and parking provider.

Great hotel, the room is big and well equiped, the staff is super friendly, the swimming poll area is lovely, and a lot of small things can make the stay enjoyable (billard, little cinema, etc.). Wynwood neighborhood is also great, with a lot of restaurants, shops, street art on the walls, etc. We recommand the hotel and for sure we'll keep it in mind if we come back to Miami

The room is not easy to air (only one window) and you can hear the noise from the corridor or the neighbors. The price of the carpark is a little bit exagerated.

We had a fab time here. Wynwood is an amazing location, probably my best in Miami. Loads of places to eat and such stunning art work. This aparto-hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Really good amenities. Clean. The most comfy beds / pillows we’ve had on our travels in a long time. The fitness centre had all you’d need and wasn’t too busy. The lounge and pool area are lovely - great view. And really warm welcoming friendly service. David was so lovely and helpful. I highly recommend this place. The only thing I can fault is the lifts are slow - but that’s me finishing for something and it’s not so bad

Great place in the heart of Wynwood. Steps away from the gorgeous street art places, many restaurants and shops. My studio was spacious and clean, equipped with all I needed (including for basic cooking). The bed was comfortable and the room fairly quiet (for being in a vibrant neighborhood). The staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. The rooftop swimming pool was the cherry on top.

The sofa wasn't the most comfortable and the bathtub / shower is a bit old fashion, but this mostly not to leave this text box empty... Overall, no real complaint

It was very central Wynwood , you could easily walk to restaurants galleries, tram and bus access good. Staff were very nice, helpful and efficient . Accommodation , clean , beds comfortable , air con effective . Rooftop pool lovely as was social area rooftop.

We stayed for 2 weeks , there was not enough essentials supplied ie 2 toilet rolls , 1 dishwasher tab , 1 washing machine tab . ( if you were staying 1 day or 2 days these would be supplied ) It was an inconvenience to go to shops to buy these . I expected 2 weeks supply .
