There were lots of positives about this hotel. The staff were fantastic, Sanderson was there immediately to help with our suitcases and brought them up to our room. The staff on the front desk were also great as they welcomed us with a glass of fizz and were very friendly. The location was fantastic, you are only one street back from Miami beach. The free beach chairs and towels each day was very convenient and easy to find. The room also had free bottled waters everyday which was great in the Miami heat. The products in the bathroom were also great.

The bathroom was slightly on the small side as when you sat on the toilet, the sink was above your knees, we did book the smallest room for reference though!

Good location. Close to the beach but away from the booming music coming from the bars 1 block closer. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Rodney at the bar and Julio at the door.

Breakfast was supposedly served downstairs but after waiting 15 minutes for a table in a nearly empty room and then sitting for another 10 minutes without a server coming to the table to offer us water, coffee, anything, we left and found a great place to eat a block north on Collins.

location was great and I really liked the feel a decor of the hotel. the staff were lovely and helpful and the bar was lovely and Rodney the bartender was very friendly. the food was really tasty too.

I didn’t like the hidden mandatory charge of $22 per day for water and to get your room cleaned which we were only told about on arrival. you generally expect these things to be included in the price. it seemed to be a running issue because you heard quite surprised and irate guessed at reception making an issue about this. the pool was like a bath so they need a cooling filter for it. and the fridge didn’t work and when we questioned the hotel they said it wasn’t a fridge (even though it was) it was to keep things “temperate”

I loved the staff at this hotel. Literally every single member of staff was exceptional and friendly. Loved the happy hour drinks with our favourite bar man who even stayed past the end of his shift one day to accommodate us. Reception staff were always fun and helpful and we just loved the overall vibe of this hotel. Definitely value for money considering the location.

Maybe the key card system as it would wipe the keys if they were in a bag with a mobile phone. This was a minor issue and reception staff were always super helpful in resetting but just a little feedback.

I love how quiet and clean the facility was. I also like the hospitality that was shown by Devonte at the front Desk!!! He is definitely a keeper.

The late night staff… they act like you was harassing them. upon my arrival back to the hotel one night, I had a difficult time opening the front door. The night staff told me to pull the door hard with an attitude like I was disrupting his sleep, in which I believe I was with all the lights off in the lobby.

Extremely good service from the front desk. V kind and helpful and did more than they had to, including sorting out a problem, going above and beyond. Location’s fantastic. Bikes great.

The Breakfast isn’t very good. Not worth paying for and not v good service. We’d paid in advance with our hotel booking but were quite rudely told we had to prove it ourselves, with an emphasis on us making it up! It took ages to arrive and isn’t worth it. It was a bit like they didn’t really want anyone there.

My stay was excellent! I usually don’t leave reviews but I feel like it was necessary for this one. It was very cute and homey. Every day I would just go and spend hours on the patio and near the pool. It’s just a vibe! And the greatest part, they have the most amazing bartender, Rodney! Look him up when you’re there. Not only does he make amazing drinks, but he is the nicest person, he will literally talk to you and ask about your day, and put on your favorite songs. I had the best time! Truly!

Location is perfect , center of south beach , nice little pool with chill vibe and big plus for beach areas and included chairs with towels 😎 For the staff on the reception desk and lobby only the best things. all around nice charming hotel.

it needs a little of TLC around hotel , updating rooms. nothing major that we didn’t liked.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. There was no need for us to explain what we were asking for they understood quickly and were very responsive

Hard to pick something specific. Although the prices were in line with local prices, they were a little higher than I had anticipated.

Location was great for the South Beach area, but it was a bit of a drive for the city of Miami. This is also definitely a party area, so expect crowds most nights but especially on weekends! It is true that the walls were a little thin and the room was smaller. But this is a BEAUTIFUL old building! That’s what we expected. We packed some earplugs and had no trouble sleeping. No trouble at all with the WiFi either, my partner was able to work on his laptop without any issue.

The parking situation was definitely rough, but again, what we expected. We sucked it up and paid the $30/day valet and honestly the convenience was worth it.
