I love this place first time staying was the best experience ever me and my hubby will be back. We would never book anywhere else in Miami , this place right here thank you for everything and we appreciate you and we'll see you again.

there was absolutely nothing I didn't like about this place I felt like I was home . We felt safe in the room . The room was up to my expectation I was so excited to be there and we will be coming back . It's located near everything food you would just love it so book here . I promise you will feel like you're home.

For starters, the communication with the host was great, we always got a response. The room was small, but for us it was enough. It's location is great, it's close to the beach and it's close to different markets/food places (cheap or expensive ones), it was just one block away from the bus stop (which could take you to Miami downtown, Lincoln Road, middle and north beach, and of course, back to the airport) The room, bathroom, shower was very clean, there were enough towels and cleaning accessories were ok. The bed was comfortable, the tv was good because it was a roku tv and had access to internet to watch youtube videos. And Wifi worked great. We really appreciated the kitchen appliances like the small refrigerator, toaster, microwave and also the items like knife, spoons, forks, plates, glasses and cups.

The only thing I can point out is the fact that you cannot regulate the A/C because it was just 2 small windows where the AC flows. But the temperature was ok most of the time.

Very clean property in fantastic location. This hotel is one of the only ones with reasonable pricing and is clean, comfortable and in a good location. I had a problem with upstairs neighbours being loud during the night and they messaged back apologetic about what’s going on and if it continued they were going to contact the residents. Luckily it did stop and the hotel did not need to contact them but it goes to show they have good service. Very pleased with the mini kitchen in my room it saved me so much money on expensive breakfasts at Miami beach and kept my beverages cool. Beds comfortable and provide a large blanket fluffed blanket on the shelf (I definitely needed it)

Super nice location,extremely close to south beach. Apartment was super clean. Good service,everything online but with very fast response time.

Little improvements could be made as having extra cutlery,plates,cups,a good knife to cut vegetables, etc.in the kitchen so we don't have to constantly carry all the things up and down the room if we want to cook. Also to have maybe a dish rack or a kitchen towel to dry the dishes after washing could be nice. About the rest,I have nothing to say,I had a great stay. :)

Location is perfect, well decorated and comfortable. I’ve stayed in many places in the area, this is the best so far (value for money), I would go back for sure.

Attention for those traveling with big bags, the room is small, however, you will be able to put your luggage under the bed if it’s open.

Check in and out was convenient, I liked having a door code rather than a key, and the location was excellent.

The AC unit was noisy and one of the pillows had a stain when we arrived, but other than that the stay was great.

Very good location. Nothing is fare from this place: one block from the beach. Shopping, bus stop, restaurants, whaterver you want to do is close. I will come back for sure.

Location is great. It's very no frills, easy get in with a code, no formal checkin. Staff are very responsive via text.

The room is very small and quite noisy as it was in the first floor. No room cleaning either.

This is my 7th stay at Nine I can walk to and from the beach no hassle a CVS around back never any noise at night in the building

The price could have been free but a guy could dream
