Nice front desk people and valet people. Breakfast was good. Pretty good choices. Quiet room. Good fitness center. Even though it felt like powder/fake scramble eggs everyday. But different options of meats, cheese, oats, etc. Toaster for bread did not work well an slices got stuck in it. Wasn't acknowledge because it happened the following days.

Salt shakers weren't filled on a daily bases. Little details like those. Room felt humid. Bathroom door was hard to slide.

The property was more than I expected, the staff was so friendly, I felt like I walked into a expensive resort. The room itself was so modern and comfortable.

The water temperature could have been a lot hotter when it was time for me to take a shower.

Somewhat remote location. But the Miami free trolley took us downtown and that was nice. Our Uber took us to the wrong hotel so I lost $70 in an extra Uber ride. There’s another Hilton Miami South (Beach vs Brickell). But also the name of this hotel stored in Uber maps as something completely different.

It was my 55th birthday and my entire visit was Over The Top. The staff was incredibly friendly and my room was clean,comfortable with a nice pool side view where I could see the surrise and set with palm trees and just a beautiful atmosphere. This will be the only hotel from here on because I visit Miami on a monthly basis. Cool Beans for making me feel right at home

Great location. Valet staff was exceptional! Reception staff exceptional! Dining room bartender went out of his way to make a perfect Old Fashioned and it was exceptional!!!

That I could only stay one night

Excellent buffet. Also Lisa was excellent, very attentive, she knew what we liked and catefed to our needs.

The rooms, the location, the staff.

The first morning we went to breakfast about 20 min before closing time and they said there was no coffee because they were not going to start the machine again. Then the person in charge volunteered to use a smaller machine and bring us coffee. That was very nice of her but the previous conversation about no more coffee was not up o the standards of the hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Hill Brickell South for work and I particularly appreciated the kindness of the staff and the manager, as well as their availability and efficiency. The hotel is a 25-minute walk from downtown Brickell, and close to the road that leads to Key Biscayne. There are few restaurants or stores in the area, but if you are willing to walk a bit it is not a problem. The rooms are large and well equipped and the cleanliness is of a good standard.

It's a detail but improvements could easily be made to the housekeeping protocols. The doses of coffee milk, which I used the first two days, were not replaced during the whole week, the bath and shower products are replaced a bit randomly (I ended up with three body lotions and no body soap for example). Sometimes, if I occupied the room "at the wrong time," I apparently missed the "slot" to get my cleaning done. These are points that can easily be corrected to match the overall very good level of service I got at this hotel.

Great hotel and location, walking distance to Brickell

The only issue was the valet people took our car overnight they returned it with half a gas tank and 60 more miles on the odometer. If you have a chance - leave car elsewhere.

Staff, Tia and Max were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel offers shuttle to the cruise port for a fee per person but with all the luggage 🧳 we has it came in handy. Also found a great restaurant just a 10mins walk
