Nice and safe location in walking distance of much of the city centre. The apartment was well furnished and had most necessary items in the kitchen. Generally the facilities and the nice touches from the staff made it a pleasant stay.

Minor downsides: Place had a moldy smell which necessitated a lot of airing out. The gym only has two treadmills meaning they were often occupied. Though booked through booking.com after booking I received a contract from the building owner with conditions for the stay. Rules for stay should be stated to be reviewed before booking and making payment.

As soon as we entered, the concierge Edwin (I hope I got that right) was the kindest person ever! He made us feel welcomed and any issue I had he helped us solve. (Refilling toilet tissue & garbage bags)

When we opened the sofa sleeper, the sheets were not clean but luckily there was a washer machine to start a load and have them cleaned. The floor under the sofa was also dirty and there were stains from the previous guests spills of some sort. My sister who has a phobia was very displeased at the sight of this but so she ended up sleeping in the bed and was relieved that I had brought a small Lysol disinfectant spray to spray over all surfaces.

Super confortable, good value for your money, close to public transportation and supermarket. Full kitchen inside apartment.

No free parking space, very dificult to manage a car in the neibourhood because of the restrictions on parking.

Overall the property and its location was exceptional. Staff was very welcoming. The property exceeded our expectations and its location made walking around or driving to the South Beach or the Designer District a breeze. We had a car and would like to give a shout out to Alfonso, who valet’d our car for the duration. Alfonso was great..always courteous, flexible and professional. A great guy who loves people. Compliments to housekeeping, our apartment was exceptionally clean. The attention to detail and the level of cleanliness was great. Again, it’s clear that staff cares. Overall a wonderful experience.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Location was pretty good, lots within walking distance or short Uber trip. 2 bedroom 2 bath w/ balcony was spacious with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Not fancy, but clean & definitely comfortable for our 4 day stay.

Living room area could have had more seating..only a sofa and one chair, not everyone could gather comfortably, had to use kitchen chairs. Balcony view just the apartment next door. Power outage for about 5 hours one morning, but not the hotel's fault. Acoustics LOUD, could hear everything with doors closed from the other rooms..people and appliances.

The bathroom looked like rats had been gnawing at the vanity! Valet parking at $25 per day was NOT included in the advertised price. Also we had to wait a long time outside before someone showed up at reception to let us in! We were told there was no room in the storage closet to store our luggage as check in wasn’t until 4PM. We insisted and the receptionist acquiesced. Who does that when they insist you vacate at 11 am but don’t let you in the room until 4? most hotels you have access after 2pm.

Was a spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment. We loved having a laundry machine and dryer and two bathrooms. The apartment also provided essentials such as oil, salt, pepper and coffee for cooking which we have rarely experienced! There was also an interactive Ipad system on the wall which was great for recommendations. The gym was also well equipped with everything we needed The location was fantastic, very central so we could walk everywhere or either catch an Uber for a 10-15 min ride. There was also a supermarket around the corner which was so handy!

The bathrooms are a tiny bit dated but still comfortable to use.

The building is small but has all the amenities. The one bedroom suite had everything we needed including olive oil for cooking and a detergent for the en suite washer. The blender came in very handy for making smoothies for the kids. The only complaint was that our bed didn't have a headboard and the pillows would get in the gap between the bed and the wall. That was a bit annoying. Everything else was great. The kids loved the balcony and the pool. My father enjoyed the gym. The front desk stuff was very nice and helpful

everything, it felt like a home away from home. all the staff there were friendly and accommodating to all your needs. i liked that it wasn’t far from their local supermarket Publix where you can get everything. wasn’t far from Brickell city centre which had a few amenities to enjoy. also liked that in the room there is a built in tablet which recommends you all the spots to visit in Miami which is really useful

the sun didn’t hit the swimming pool area as much but nevertheless it was really warm and a nice place to relax

The property was in a great location to everything! The building was well kept. The balcony and pool was awesome! The building felt very safe.

The building itself is great, I would just recommend upgrading the beds, and the 2nd bathroom’s shower which is a walk in shower. The ice machine also makes ice too fast!! The ice was falling out the freezer every time you opened it. I called maintenance but he said it was cool.
