it was clean and smelt nice. We were able to get an extra bed without extra cost.

we had to ask a couple times to get an extra bed. we also asked a couple times for sheets, towels and pillows, which we didn’t end up getting…

The payment arrangement was unorganized and Robert kept insisting he email the invoice and link to make the payments but he had my email address incorrect. He was very disrespectful and unorganized the other manager advised him to check but he didn't. Which held me and guest up for 36 minutes.

I love the location. 3 blocks from ocean drive (short walk). The two streets prior (Collins and Washington) both have plenty of stores and food. The street quiet enough to relax but close enough to the action not to need an Uber. Expect a lot of walking (allot to do) Staff is excellent especially Kasandra! Had a issue booking in the beginning, property manager took ownership immediately and fixed the issue. The decor and ambience of the place is new and modern and clean. 7/11 close by as well as bus stop or free trolley. Love the locks are digital so no key to lose

The property itself needs small touches. 1. Finish renovations. There was a broken shower door (nothing major still functions) 2. Starter package based on stay length to include trash bag. dish soap etc 3. Front terrace could use some light/ fire pit of something 4. TV placement could be different.

This location sit in the melting pot! Location provides easy access to club twist. The community/neighbors is very friendly. Don’t worry about renting a car EVERYTHING you need is on MIAMI Beach! Please pay via credit card. They do accept Zelle. Be mindful of your surroundings as I was asked to read my card number out loud instead I keyed mine in on his laptop! Other than that great spot, AC kinda weak (should have been a large unit installed with more BTU/tonnage)! First floor can be little noisy!

AC has to lay catch up! For size of room more tonnage is need to cool space, especially when bathroom door is open and tv is on! Upstairs guest constantly sliding something across the floor (or could have been a pocket door dragging leading into a entrance way to room)! I was walked in on three times unauthorized by a male employee on my first day looking for an “laundry iron” but I learn to appreciate it, I was on getaway😀🥰! This place also doesn’t provide PARKING! Parking average 32-50 a day depending paid parking location!

The way to collect funds for rooms was very difficult. They wanted us to cash app or venmo it too them. Instead of regular credit card.

they only take cash so if you’re not from the US make sure you have enough to pay when you get there. no daily cleaning service - have to ask for toilet paper and bins fill up quick w/no service during your stay to be taken Poor bathroom facilities - water is cold and low pressure, was fixed to luke warm

I loved the location & the price was excellent. The room was good & pretty clean. They just missed a few things but they weren’t huge deal breakers. Easy access & check in was quick. I barely heard the neighbors

Parking isn’t ideal. It’s a residential only parking during certain times… there is metered parking not far away. Washer/Dryer provided but only after 6pm & it’s outside kinda sketchy alley… and they look old & dirty. There’s only one TINY trash can in the unit. There’s no elevator if you need one. Only stairs.

The property was in an amazing location, everything was good and went smoothly

Only complaints we had to leave garbage in the room until check out because nobody was super what we were supposed to do with it. The room wasn’t super clean on arrival but it was fine. Staff tried their best and were very very accommodating and nice but it seemed like they weren’t very sure what was going on most times or what to do.

near everything .. the two sexy ladies at the front desk were amazing lol.. they were sisters .. had great customer service skills nd helped with anything we needed .. able to smoke on from patio or back stairs … not too loud .. everyone was friendly.

the older guy with the white hair not so much lol one of the ladies and I want to say the owner let us keep our luggage in a room while we went out to eat .. when returning the guy gave us the code and one of my friends asked to use the restroom .. he said no but one of my other friends who was already in the room using the restroom didn’t hear him and he was pretty upset saying now the room has to be cleaned again 😬 we weren’t sure how to turn on the kitchen sink the first couple days and had a very big dead bug in the sink … ask for extra towels nd make sure your door locks behind u.. staying more than 2 days u need your own cleaning supplies lbs a broom would’ve been nice to have
