cleans and staff was very nice and helpful.

We struggle with getting hot water when showering. Had to take cold showers which was not fun. We got a room upgrade to a ADA room which was very spacious and nice but the bathroom was a struggle to walk around. The water from the shower would get stuck on the entire bathroom making it hard move around the space and the water took hours to drained out. There were no shelving to place your things while you shower making a bit challenging.

The pool, the bar, the outdoor seating with fireplace, the games, the gym, the loft room, the beds, the pillows, pet friendly hotel, the view from room, the design of the room. The location right next to dennys 24 hours diner able to get food all hours of the day! Location right next to a Wawa, Walgreens, cvs, sea world, and more!

The rooms were nice. The Amenities around the hotel was nice and we were walking distance from everything

Dog barked near our room the entire time no matter how many times we called downstairs to report. Couldn’t even get a good nights sleep. The room was a little dirty upon arrival such as Shìt in corners wrinkled sheets. Beds not tucked in all the way. I let it be known I worked at a hotel myself in the housekeeping department at that and the room was simply horrible. But they didn’t have any more to move us to

Clean and modern rooms. Comfortable beds.

Shower - not very powerful and took ages to get warm water. Having to pay for parking. Paying extra for breakfast.

The room is very modern and clean. Facilities are nice with a pool table and other fun games in the lobby. Great location close to international drive.

Everything during our stay was great. The hotel is very new, modern and also very clean. The staff was amazing, kindly and respectful.

The rooms are not so big as desired, but clean and comfortable as expected.

The Aloft is a new hotel, my family loved the style, very modern, very industrial like. I loved the location, quiet yet a lot near by. Room was very big and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The beds were not as comfy. (This just maybe my preference. I prefer a firm bed, its just better for my back LOL)

I liked the loft style look it was very modern and different.

I had booked a king bedroom but it wasn’t ready when I checked in. They told me I had to wait anywhere between 15 min to an hour for a king room or they could put me in a double room and I wouldn’t be charged the difference in room rate. I was a little upset because we were in a hurry but appreciated them trying to make up for the room not being ready. But overall the staff was helpful and nice about it so it wasn’t a big deal.

I love the vibe and every one was very nice. The room was very clean and housekeeping did great. I love how It was close to everything as well

I didn’t like that there wasn’t microwaves in the room

THE FACILITY WAS MODERN FELT SO COMFORTABLE

THE PARKING FEES..IT'S NOT LIKE IT'S DOWNTOWN, A RESORT, OR ANYWHERE WHERE THE TRAFFIC IS OUTRAGEOUS, SO NOT SURE WHY GUESTS HAS TO PAY FOR PARKING.. I THOUGHT THIS WAS VERY WEIRD.
