Asked for and received a room facing Seaworld(for the kid), a hot breakfast was included and had lots of options! The room was clean, comfortable with plenty of toiletries. The property will charge you $15 per day to park!! They advertised walking distance to Seaworld but you will risk getting run over if you try to walk to the entrance of Seaworld... a shuttle is available certain times of the day!

$15 per day to park at the hotel!! The tub faucet was broken and would just spin around in a circle which made it very difficult to get the water to flow(rm 603)! The TV remote was difficult to navigate!

Close to SeaWorld. The room has lots of storage and beds were comfortable. The person who checked us in was courteous.

The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet seat was loose. There was a hair on one of our pillows. We have stayed here many times and have always felt it was clean, this time not at all. We didn't even eat the breakfast this time. The hospitality industry as a whole is failing miserably.

It was very clean

The adjoining property has a bar. The bar was left unattended for over 45 minutes and then I brought it to the managers attention and all she could say was she had to deal with something else. Maybe they should consider a bartender on the weekend instead of having the manager on the bar.

Hotel staff, especially the front desk were amazing, very professional and so down to earth.

Having to pay for parking while people park in the hotel parking lot and cut through the back fence to go to Aquatica leaving no parking for guests.

Love the breakfast. Staff were incredibly kind. We had hot water, but my moms room only got to lukewarm.

When we checked in I made it clear we had used an Uber to reach the hotel and shouldn’t be charged parking. The second to last day I requested a late check out and noticed we had been charged. I went to the desk and eventually they confirmed they had removed it. When I checked out, I asked for an itemized bill and sure enough, the parking was back on. Another 15 minutes and they finally have it taken care of. Glad they finally got it right, but it should not have taken 3 tries. Make sure to check your bill!!!

We stayed here for 15 nights to visit all the parks in the Orlando area! First of all the included breakfast is such a good perk, I don't understand why people would complain about there not being enough choice when for us there was plenty of variation over the 15 days we stayed here (and it's free so why complain?). The rooms were very spacious, big soft comfy beds, everyone gets 2 pillows a soft and firm one so you can choose, there are towels and handsoap/shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower. We got new fresh towels every single day, and our bed was also made every day, which was amazing because we stayed for a very long time. Also there was 0 noise of other rooms or noise from outside, which was so great. It was very calming! Parking your car on the parking lot was also included. Overall a wonderful experience and definitely recommend for longer stays!

There were a few points of improvement. The airconditioning is great but very loud, so the first couple of nights we would wake up from the noise. Our shower also wasn't amazing, the water pressure was very low so there wasn't a lot of water coming out. And the water also wasn't going in the drain so in the end you would basically stand in the bath filled with water. The showers could really really benefit from an upgrade, or maybe at least make sure the water system is working well. Other than that everything was perfect!~

I appreciate the staff and communication via text and email. Very Convenient check in and check out. The rooms were in great quality, clean, and very comfortable. These area off the hotel was perfect. It was close to restaurants and Driving distance from our scheduled activities. We look forward to staying again and taking advantage of this hotel's location in the near future. Very convenient and price friendly.

I wish we had more time to partake in/ take advantage of the hotel pool relaxation and play, as well as breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. We were given a room on the 4th floor, and I am TERRIFIED of elevators, but the elevators here were so fast and smooth that I almost didn't mind. The hotel is right across the street from Seaworld, and they offer free shuttle to and from the park. It is also in walking distance from a lot of other places so we didn't even need to drive really. There are Buffalo Wild Wings and a TGI Fridays right in front. Also, a CVS pharmacy for any emergency. They offer free breakfast in the morning as well.

Breakfast- pleasant, welcoming, good variety, didn't feel rushed. There was a helpful sign offering guidance about what to expect at different breakfast times e.g. when the lines and waiting times are longest. Helpful for planning. Comfortable eating areas. Clean. Staff- welcoming Room- sensible layout and amenities. Spacious. Close food and Starbucks but felt removed from the noise and activity of the parking lot. Carried and stored my luggage after check-out for over 6 hours. Literally next to Aquatica and across the street from Sea World. Shuttle and tickets- very accessible.

No complimentary laundry services or on-site parking. Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken so had to go to another floor.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big, and I was ecstatic to see Dove products (hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Lighting over the tub and more than one towel hook would be nice. The pool was nice, and the temp was pretty chilly - was actually too chilly the first evening there, was hoping for a jacuzzi 😀 Loved the walk-in area of the pool

2 out of 3 days - there was a pugent oder of a woman's perfume in the lobby - i used the back doors as soon as I'd walk inside through to the elevators. The heavy and loud room doors.
