Asked for and received a room facing Seaworld(for the kid), a hot breakfast was included and had lots of options! The room was clean, comfortable with plenty of toiletries. The property will charge you $15 per day to park!! They advertised walking distance to Seaworld but you will risk getting run over if you try to walk to the entrance of Seaworld... a shuttle is available certain times of the day!

$15 per day to park at the hotel!! The tub faucet was broken and would just spin around in a circle which made it very difficult to get the water to flow(rm 603)! The TV remote was difficult to navigate!

Close to SeaWorld. The room has lots of storage and beds were comfortable. The person who checked us in was courteous.

The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet seat was loose. There was a hair on one of our pillows. We have stayed here many times and have always felt it was clean, this time not at all. We didn't even eat the breakfast this time. The hospitality industry as a whole is failing miserably.

The adjoining property has a bar. The bar was left unattended for over 45 minutes and then I brought it to the managers attention and all she could say was she had to deal with something else. Maybe they should consider a bartender on the weekend instead of having the manager on the bar.

Hotel staff, especially the front desk were amazing, very professional and so down to earth.

Having to pay for parking while people park in the hotel parking lot and cut through the back fence to go to Aquatica leaving no parking for guests.

The location was excellent! Super close to Seaworld, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica. Could have walked to Aquatica! Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance or short drive. The room was exactly as advertised/pictured. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was great and plentiful. Check-in was busy, and the staff was going solo, but she handled it like a PRO!

Water in the room took FOREVER to warm up. Waited 10 minutes for water to get hot. There are no vending machines for quick drink or snack at night. The pool bar was closed, which was a bummer - sat by the pool but couldn't get a snack or drink. No towels were available for the pool early in the day - pool had been open for a couple hours already and no one was there so not sure why there were no towels but front desk helped us out right away!

Comfortable beds, nice pool, friendly staff, decent breakfast (would have loved to see a little bit more fresh fruit) and pretty good location. Looking at the location on the map, it appeared to be right across the road from the hotel. Technically, it is, but you have to walk all the way around Seaworld to enter, so walking is not really ideal, especially with small children. They do, however, offer a shuttle service at certain times, which we took advantage of. A pretty quick walk to Aquatica and Discovery Cove. The deadbolt on our door malfunction the first day we were there, and when we entered the room to take a nap, the door never completely shut/locked due to the deadbolt popping out. When we woke up, we realized our door had been open the entire time. I went downstairs to Talk to the front desk (there was only one employee working at that time and unfortunately it was a pretty busy time for check-in’s, so I had to leave my room unattended/unlocked for around 20 minutes before they got to me). She immediately called maintenance, however, who came up to our room and fix the door within a few short minutes. We didn’t have any problems with the door after that. My favorite thing about this hotel, compared to many others that I’ve stayed at in recent years is that the air conditioner also has a button that you can push to keep the fan running constantly. My biggest complaint with staying in hotels is how horrible my sleep ends up being with an air conditioner that clicks on and off (often quite noisily) every 15 minutes or so. Just when you fall asleep, the fan pops on and wakes you up. 😩 There was none of that with this hotel and the beds/pillows are quite comfy! I would definitely stay here again.

Love the breakfast. Staff were incredibly kind. We had hot water, but my moms room only got to lukewarm.

When we checked in I made it clear we had used an Uber to reach the hotel and shouldn’t be charged parking. The second to last day I requested a late check out and noticed we had been charged. I went to the desk and eventually they confirmed they had removed it. When I checked out, I asked for an itemized bill and sure enough, the parking was back on. Another 15 minutes and they finally have it taken care of. Glad they finally got it right, but it should not have taken 3 tries. Make sure to check your bill!!!

We love the swimming pool, the location was good, there are restaurants and pharmacy a few blocks away. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The sink tap was set to hot, tried fixing it but needed a screw driver so I have told the front desk, which I was told if I know how to use it 🤦‍♀️ lol!! I have told him to just ask either housekeeping or maintenance to fix it. The shower gel and shampoos wasn’t probably regularly check and refill by housekeeping as they were empty the whole time, good thing we have our own toiletries, we didn’t bother to ask. Also not a fan of shower tubs.

We stayed here for 15 nights to visit all the parks in the Orlando area! First of all the included breakfast is such a good perk, I don't understand why people would complain about there not being enough choice when for us there was plenty of variation over the 15 days we stayed here (and it's free so why complain?). The rooms were very spacious, big soft comfy beds, everyone gets 2 pillows a soft and firm one so you can choose, there are towels and handsoap/shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower. We got new fresh towels every single day, and our bed was also made every day, which was amazing because we stayed for a very long time. Also there was 0 noise of other rooms or noise from outside, which was so great. It was very calming! Parking your car on the parking lot was also included. Overall a wonderful experience and definitely recommend for longer stays!

There were a few points of improvement. The airconditioning is great but very loud, so the first couple of nights we would wake up from the noise. Our shower also wasn't amazing, the water pressure was very low so there wasn't a lot of water coming out. And the water also wasn't going in the drain so in the end you would basically stand in the bath filled with water. The showers could really really benefit from an upgrade, or maybe at least make sure the water system is working well. Other than that everything was perfect!~

I appreciate the staff and communication via text and email. Very Convenient check in and check out. The rooms were in great quality, clean, and very comfortable. These area off the hotel was perfect. It was close to restaurants and Driving distance from our scheduled activities. We look forward to staying again and taking advantage of this hotel's location in the near future. Very convenient and price friendly.

I wish we had more time to partake in/ take advantage of the hotel pool relaxation and play, as well as breakfast.
