The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large and spotless. The breakfast was exactly what we needed with two young kids and the breakfast attendant was so kind and helpful. He really took the time to go above and beyond. When the delivery for waffle batter didn’t come in on time, I felt like he was actually heartbroken for my two little girls. They got over it really fast when they discovered fruit loops for the first time.

This is more of a decor over sight… the pool area looks like a pumpkin patch with all the orange side tables.

Location is fabulous- across from Sea World, and a short drive to the Convention Center and parks. Additionally, there are several places to eat within a quick walk- BW3, Mellow Mushroom, Firehouse Subs, Starbucks. That was really nice. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel, rooms, and grounds were very clean. The breakfast was really good too- make your own waffles, eggs or omelets, bagels, toast, oatmeal and fruit (banana or apple).

I wouldn't say this as a total negative - but the pool is very shallow so it's meant more for a quick cool off, not really swimming. As expected, there were quite a few families/kids too which means the space could get crowded. However, you can use the pool at the connecting sister property (Holiday Inn next door) so that was a bonus. However, that pool is also shallow so not really meant for swimming.

We loved the room. The kitchen area is so nice, the room was big & the hotel was clean itself. Breakfast was okay.

We had to ask for pool towels (they still didn’t refill them even after we left the pool), the pool definitely needs to be cleaned more often/the shared property pool is even more disgusting. They do charge for parking and booking website said it was free. Also, we ran out of shampoo/conditioner & body wash during our stay. They don’t just have them on their carts so, we had to wait a little while for them to bring them to our room.

Mostly everything except 1 or 2 things

The bathroom in the room was not to our liking. The shower should have had a door. The water just gets all over the floor, and you have to put plenty of towels down to get up all the water after your shower. Also, the bathroom doesn't have a vent in there, s so along with getting up wat, r it is very steaming from your shower

Previous occupants trash left under kitchen sink. Plus I didn't like parking fee per day. I payed to stay with you, charging a parking fee for your guests is just a way to bank on more free money, it's rediculous. I may think twice before booking again over something that stupid. I know other hotels do it also but to me it's just a classless way to make more money from guests who have booked a room with you already.

The room is perfect for us - and with a kitchenette AND breakfast served, it is a win/win. We spent an afternoon in the pool and it was very nice.

My only complaint is there are no vending machines for soda onsite and I feel the parking fee is a junk charge. I paid for a room, I should be able to park at the hotel for free.

Clean, spacious, good breakfast, helpful, friendly staff, excellent location for seaworld and disney. Fantastic value, will be back soon!

Pool is smaller, not 4' deep. But it was clean, and there was a poolside bar and grill that was open 4ish pm to 10ish pm.

The staff was friendly. The room was huge and I enjoyed the kitchenette. It was super close to Aquatica, I walked there. They also have a shuttle.

The building felt older. The halls were musty with slight air conditioning running. The shower pressure was not great which made the hot water feel warm instead of hot. The breakfast could have been a little better, although it was free.

The room was just enormous! With everything that you need for you vacation, fridge microwave and stove! Good breakfast with plenty of options and super friendly staff! Also, the pool area is a plus!!! They even did a mistake charging me for my service dog , which I was able to fix it with just one quick call . More than happy with my choice and I’ll definitely going back !!

The daily parking fee it’s totally unnecessary since they have plenty of espace for all guests. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for it !!

My rates changedFrom what I purchased online versus when we went to check out. We were charged $40 for Friday Saturday and Sunday even though we were checking out on Sunday. My price for Friday night was 169 and over 200 for Saturday night that is not what I agreed. The total was supposed to be 338 I was charged over $440
