The young man who checked me in was kind, polite, very well spoken he knew his job and did it well he accommodated My request of finding me a room on the first floor I really appreciated his search to find the room for me the view was nice (pool/i4) room was clean and comfortable amenities,tv, microwave refrigerator,iron/ironing board, hairdryer, parking thanks for a lovely stay I will recommend your business to others near or far

The beds were very comfort. The bathroom was clean. I loved the decoration. Also liked the beds so clean and towels. The staff is very nice. The location was great. I will really stay in another trip or recommend to a family or friend and for the price was awesome.

The only thing is that the sink or the room next door was liking something cause the carpet in front of the sink was all wet the next days and the toilet or near it, it smell like number 1. We told the staff so they can be aware and they were so nice. But that didn't mess my vacation . Besides that, everything was great. I know those problems come and go.

Our car broke down and they were very accommodating to allow me to leave the car and get back to Jacksonville. The staff was super understanding and compassionate!! Thankful for them!

The pool area had some standing water after a heavy rainstorm. I would love to see better drainage, as you could not get to the pool without walking through a rather muddy puddle.

I did not like how someone hit my vehicle and did not apologize when they hit it with the car door but that’s not your responsibility. I did not like when it was time to check out how rude home ever it was that came to the room to let us know it was checkout time they were extremely rude, but other than that everything else was pristine

The pool is nice, clean! Front desk is very friendly.

$100.00 additional card hold is not shown before booking or even after, only when checking in they require this. Makes sense though as it is literally next to the Prison. Which is the other negative; says it’s is near a Mall. I didn’t see a mall but definitely can’t miss the prison fence that my truck backed up to in the parking lot. Don’t leave anything in your car/truck. People smoke a lot of weed here. I wish there was a no smoking policy on premises as I will not be staying here again unless that is implemented. I was woken up at 2:30 am to a massive amount of smoke smell coming through the AC from someone smoking on the balcony 4th floor.

The breakfast is not really a breakfast is more like a snack. It should say breakfast included. Will it be more impactful if at your arrival you received the new of “free snacks” at the morning .

Very clean room and comfortable bed! Nice big pillows and thirsty towels. Bed was perfect. I like the roll down window coverings, they were clean and easy to use and we were able to sleep in without the light coming in

Breakfast was a bottle of water, an apple and a yogurt.

My family and I loved the breakfast in the morning, we made sure to thank the ladies that set/cleaned the dining area. They made sure the food area and tables were very clean and stocked.

Friendly staff, housekeeping on point, room was clean and smell clean, good price and locación, I will return again. Thanks for the hospitality. Was expecting a little more of the continental breskfast. 😁😁😁😁

The front desk was welcoming and we enoyed the pool view! The location was convenient for us. We have little one's so we were glad the room did not smell like smoke! My kids enjoyed themselves and our beds were comfortable

I'm sure we could've asked the front desk for more pillows but we actually had brought some just in case. We would definitely return again.
