The pool was beautiful! There was lots of things to do for my 6 year old grandson. There was still nice offerings for the rest of us. We rented a Cabana one day and that was fun and relaxing. The staff was really friendly every where in the whole hotel no matter what time of the day it was. There was a 24 hour shop with food and beverages, pizza, wings, and such until 2 in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely go back there.

The parking getting in and out , you had to show your room key and that took a lot of time. There was a wait of over 15 minutes one night.

I liked the fact that the hotel was connected to the convention center so it made working at MegaCon a much easier experience. Also, I appreciate that the Hilton is friendly to ESAs (Emotional support animals). The staff was also super friendly and they were able to secure us an early check in for our room. Everything else was exceptional and we will definitely be staying again.

Booking didn't include or mention the add-on charge for extras (like room service and so forth), so the fee was much higher than what was posted when I booked. This forced me to do some last minute budgeting. I was able to, but I'm certain others can't and this could ruin someone's vacation. So please, make the added charge be known up front when booking.

The room and all other facilities located in the hotel were clean and accessible. The additional number of elevators divided into banks made it very easy to access the multiple floors. Never had to wait for an elevator. The parking garage was exceptional as well. Easy access in and out. Great location for attending the event at the attached complex and easy drive to Disney Springs and other attractions in the area. Looking forward to returning in February 2023 for the next Megacon, or sooner if an Orlando trip is planned. This will always be our go-to hotel when visiting Orlando!

The TV in the room did not have a GUIDE or the capability to view what channels or programs were available. The viewer has to scroll through each channel.

The pool and fireplace area was amazing. The breakfast buffet was also amazing and the staff at the restaurant was marvelous! They truly help set the tone for the rest of the day and go above and beyond to ensure you're happy or have a smile on your face.

The check in process was confusing if you don't opt for valet. The counter person that took care of me gave me no directions to anything in the entire resort, no info on breakfast which was included either. It was my first ever visit here and she did not make us feel welcome. Then, when asked where self park was she stated left left left. We had to figure it out and getting in and out of the self park area was a huge mess. There aren't very much instructions and the personnel just sit in the booth watching you struggle.. we were able to figure it out but other guests struggled keeping long lines to get out of there.

I paid for breakfast. Was there a free one?

Nothing in the room to tell us where the pool was or breakfast was or recommend a local restaurant for door dash

All the staff we met were top notch. They were polite and helpful. I left my toothbrush at home and they sent a kit up to my room with everything I would need. The breakfast was delicious. The pools were very nice.

The property had very nice amenities. I think they would benefit from having someone monitor the lazy river more often and do a better job of cleaning. They do need to make some repairs on the lazy river as the finish is coming up and I saw a light hanging. Children were getting out and running across -jumping in on the other side because no is watching them. When they do this they drag mulch into the lazy river. I saw several many bottles/containers thrown up in the landscaping throughout the lazy river and a water diaper in the bushes. I know people can be slobs but it’s pretty nasty for everyone else. I also did not receive a map times for anything on it at check-in.

The first room has ants in a corner and once I reported it they changed it immediately . The second room was clean but had an odor. Not sure wat it was but I bought bed and body work candel and that didn’t even helped. They did offer to changed the room again but I didn't want to move for a 3rd time. I spray constantly and burn the candel.

I think every room should have a designated spot by the pool. I’ve been on many vacations throughout Europe and experience the guest going out in the early morning to mark a certain spot by the pool, that became a problem and hotels stop letting their guest do that. I enjoyed my stay and that would be the only thing that disturbed me.

It was all phenomenal! Other than my tv not working properly it was all fantastic! It was for my daughter’s 8th birthday and she was the happiest girl ever. Our main reason for staying was the pool (she loves to swim) and it exceeded mine and her expectations. During our 1 day stay she went down the slide 27 times! Happiest 8 year old ever and even happier mom!

If the tv worked that would’ve been perfect. We were hoping to snuggle up and watch a movie. That was like the most minor inconvenience though that at this point doesn’t even matter.

Everything was there that we needed. Liked the lazy river and the water slide!

I didn't get a receipt for my stay there. I shouldn't have to be a special member to get a detailed receipt for my stay there! Either the hotel or Booking.com should email that to me automatically at the end of my stay.
