Hotel was superb. The market cafe was excellent, although food and drink were expensive. This seemed to be the case throughout Orlando. Prices are much higher than previous years. Hotel was beautiful, we had a beautiful suite in Tower 2 after being moved from a suite in Tower 1 which was noisy (AC) and which had hardly any wardrobe space for 3 of us. Reception very kindly moved us immediately upon our request after check in.

A huge dance convention ‘took over ‘ the hotel pools, cafe and facilities as literally hundreds of dancers descended upon the hotel for Easter Bank Holiday weekend. There was not an inch of space around the pools and there were massive queues at breakfast , however things settled down after they left.

Hyatt has never disappointed me. Same this time. Everything worked out just fine. This is a huge conference hotel and I was for business. Car park is in a separate building, whereto you can walk under an outdoor canopy sheltered from possible rain, but try to leave your heavy luggages at hotel before parking. Room in our case was a U-shape setting, where you first enter bathroom & coffee-maker-area, then working corner and around the corner the bedroom-area. In the middle a narrow view to pool area, which actually is not the pool area that you expected - there are two separate pool areas, which was great if you had had time for those. Room was clean and silent. Nothing luxurious or fancy, though.

There were some eight restaurants, but at the end in the morning rush they dissolved to just one, which was busy and somewhat crowded. If you did not want to wait for your cup of coffee, you could pick it up from in-house-shop, which was mosts number one choice. Would have expected faster buffet-type of a breakfast setting, where you could have picked what you need faster. Now you had to order from a list and wait. No berries or salmon or fresh fruit. Have to write it in here: In Europe, we just walk to the hotel breakfast area, say the room number and take everything from buffet - including coffee and juice. Nothing to wait for before or after. Fast and effective.

Excellent location. Lots to do on property. Close to other activities. Lots of Dining options. Beautiful beach access. Live music at night was nice. Room was large and the suite was perfect!

A little difficult to find things around the property at first. The maps given need updated. The parking is a bit weird. They don’t take cash. That really frustrated me to be in America and not be able to use American money. The pools were okay but left room to be desired. Hallways and stuff could use some updating and cleaning. Our sliding door was very hard to open but wasn’t a deal breaker. The AC worked great in half the sweet, and air didn’t cross over to the other side very well.

Reception was very welcoming, the lobby and rooms are really clean and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a room on the 22nd floor and the views were great, nothing special but cool, especially at night. Would stay again. This hotel is ideal if using the local conference facilities.

Room service was slightly rude. I had sourdough missing from my order and when I called, I was told they didn’t have any (should have been told on delivery) and when I asked for some toast, I was told they didn’t have any. When challenged if there was any bread, they miraculously had sourdough. The lady on the phone was quite short. However the lady who delivered the food was very polite and apologised.

The first room was not cleaning well, but manager upgraded my room in second, made my stay fell better ,very convient location, will stay again next time!

Double checked the bill, did some extra charge need fix.

This was our 2nd time staying here! Parking location was great, nice and close and felt safe walking in and out from the hotel. Our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time there! The room was perfect for our needs. We were in town for iCast so it was extremely convenient to travel back and forth. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and tidy! There was nothing we were disappointed with, we loved our stay!

I liked the space. I liked the large vanity and massive tv. I loved the windows and the curtains!

I hated that they changed my view from pool to tennis court. My reservation was for a pool view and it was swapped. I didn’t like the carpet. On the second night I found some weird debris in my room, thinking someone else was in it during the day - popcorn and a plastic razor cover. I dislike tubs but this one wasn’t bad. I also didn’t like the old paint - it’s chipped and caked on. The elevator bays were ancient and took forever to get down.

Our room was much more than we expected - it was larger due to the "executive suite" booked but my word, it was comfortable and roomy. We were out late one night and closed the curtains and slept in the following day - it was perfect.

I only had one issue - and it was rectified immediately. We were waiting to check out and I had texted the hotel to send someone for our luggage. When no one arrived, I went down to the bell desk and asked for assistance. Still, no one came for over 30 minutes. When I called guest services and explained - someone was sent immediately and apologized profusely.

I liked the size, decor, and furnishings and location of the hotel. I absolutely loved the Terrace Pool on the 4th floor. Cleanest pool I've ever been in. Beds were comfortable.

I didn't like the exorbitant charges added just to order a coffee to the room. The disability rooms need care regarding carpet and trims in bathroom, some rust in corners. Our room size was great, clean, but maintenance did not match rest of hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Guest services was very accommodating. The restaurants had decent food and the cocktails were great! Gift shop although it was expensive it had pretty much everything one might need. Valet services where wonderful and friendly. The proximity to the conference center was convenient.

In the Pool area could have used an update. The umbrellas were falling apart, bathrooms could be updated, pool towels were in poor condition. Waited a long time for service in the pool area, I was confined to the chaise with my little one and it was hard to obtain service, and once it was received it took a long time to receive the order. Although the servers were friendly and the food was good. The slide had a strict 48 inch tall rule. My son is 46 inches capable of riding roller coasters in Disney. My son was permitted to ride the slide at another hotel as long as he had a life preserver on him one of the main reasons why I booked the hotel was for the slide and pool area along with the proximity to the conference center for my husband
