Hotel was superb. The market cafe was excellent, although food and drink were expensive. This seemed to be the case throughout Orlando. Prices are much higher than previous years. Hotel was beautiful, we had a beautiful suite in Tower 2 after being moved from a suite in Tower 1 which was noisy (AC) and which had hardly any wardrobe space for 3 of us. Reception very kindly moved us immediately upon our request after check in.

A huge dance convention ‘took over ‘ the hotel pools, cafe and facilities as literally hundreds of dancers descended upon the hotel for Easter Bank Holiday weekend. There was not an inch of space around the pools and there were massive queues at breakfast , however things settled down after they left.

The first room was not cleaning well, but manager upgraded my room in second, made my stay fell better ,very convient location, will stay again next time!

Double checked the bill, did some extra charge need fix.

Our room was much more than we expected - it was larger due to the "executive suite" booked but my word, it was comfortable and roomy. We were out late one night and closed the curtains and slept in the following day - it was perfect.

I only had one issue - and it was rectified immediately. We were waiting to check out and I had texted the hotel to send someone for our luggage. When no one arrived, I went down to the bell desk and asked for assistance. Still, no one came for over 30 minutes. When I called guest services and explained - someone was sent immediately and apologized profusely.

Room was spacious and clean. Guest services was very accommodating. The restaurants had decent food and the cocktails were great! Gift shop although it was expensive it had pretty much everything one might need. Valet services where wonderful and friendly. The proximity to the conference center was convenient.

In the Pool area could have used an update. The umbrellas were falling apart, bathrooms could be updated, pool towels were in poor condition. Waited a long time for service in the pool area, I was confined to the chaise with my little one and it was hard to obtain service, and once it was received it took a long time to receive the order. Although the servers were friendly and the food was good. The slide had a strict 48 inch tall rule. My son is 46 inches capable of riding roller coasters in Disney. My son was permitted to ride the slide at another hotel as long as he had a life preserver on him one of the main reasons why I booked the hotel was for the slide and pool area along with the proximity to the conference center for my husband

This property had many amenities which made our stay very comfortable. They have a 24 hour market for food, beverages and snacks. There are also on site restaurants to choose from, different locations on the premises for pools and hot tubs, as well as close walking distance to other restaurants if you choose. If you have an event at the convention center, it is conveniently located across the street. If you are planning to go to Epcot, that too is a quick taxi ride away. Taxis wait conveniently out in front of the hotel where the bell person can whistle for them. We were not disappointed in this property.

The hot tub was great, and the convention space was excellent. Reaching the con space without going outside was a welcome change from previous years. Also, the nearby locations for food and shopping were fantastic.

Not a lot of complaints here. If I was going to nitpick. I suppose I could say the value of the food at the on-site market location was a bit higher than may have been worth it. $13 for a microwaved sandwich is something that made me prefer to go off-site for food.

My wife and I traveled to Orlando for Mega-Con. We love the location and how it's attached to the convention center. We love how big and nice the hotel/resort is and how friendly and attentive the staff was. We loved the ambiance. We loved how friendly the staff was at check in and how quick and efficient express check out was. When we were not satisfied with our room the manager was quick to contact us and make sure they could help make our stay better.

The rooms are outdated. We had a huge King Suite which we love BUT it was not up to par at all. The bed was uncomfortable. The room smelled like mildew. The tables had scratches and were worn and torn. The furniture was outdated and needs to be replaced. Booking.com effed up our reservation TWICE by putting the wrong name on our reservation in which the front desk staff quickly took care of. Update your rooms and it will be perfect and fix the ventilation.
