Me and my wife stayed for 3 nights including our wedding night as we got married in Saint Cloud Florida, the stay was beyond perfect, as soon as you drive in to the reception through the beautiful palm trees the lobby and location is made of beautiful marble, the location is amazing on the lake and I love that it is connected to the JW Marriott which allows users to use the waterpark slides and the lazy river which is a really nice edition to a luxury hotel. We had a room on the 12th floor and the views were stunning to look out across the lake, the staff team were very helpful and amazing, the staff team got us a lovely complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our marriage among a few other bits. The food was amazing and the in house coffee was very very good. This was the first time I stayed at a ritz of any kind and was my favourite hotel out of all I have ever been too which includes the Burj al Arab in Dubai. we stayed for 3 nights before going on honeymoon and totally recommend. Be sure to book the ritz instead of the JW if you deciding between the two, you won't regret it.

The prices was very high inside the ritz, which I suppose is expected. Hard to find any fault, but the breakfast buffet was quite limited compared to a Hilton breakfast.

Pool was very nice. Management staff was also very nice. House keeping can improve and if the hotel wishes to charge for everything a la cart it should match those charges with product, appearance and service.

Pizza was delivered cold/luke warm with waaaaaaaay too much cheese. Food was very expensive which is ok if the quality of the food matches the price. It did not.

the resort is beautiful, well maintained and entertainment and activities are great.

bathtub in my room( executive suite) was not updated, but it’s not a big deal. Big pool was closed for refurbishment .

Staff were generally fabulous. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well run. Enjoyed the walks around the resort where the grounds were immaculate. Would thoroughly recommend Highball and Harvest restaurant, casual but really great food!

Book restaurants early, the concierge was not helpful with booking restaurants in the hotel. Lack of places to eat at the resort. Tried to get into ‘Knife and Fork’ restaurant all week, eventually got in for a particularly early supper, only time slot apparently available and the place was nearly empty, little bit too self important. Knife and spoon restaurant was very overrated and over priced, really would not bother.

Very polite and helpful staff. Wonderful bedroom which was particularly quiet.

I would have preferred the restaurant opening time for breakfast to have been half an hour earlier.

Staff was excellent!

Room service food wasn't very good, but we tend to eat healthier than most. Eating in the South is challenging if you don't like fried or saucy food.

There was so much to do. The entire staff was amazing! highly recommend.

The fancy restaurant, spoon and knife for whatever the name is was over priced for reasonably good food but ridiculous charges for very small portions.

I love the location but the most important is the cleanliness of this entire hotel also, very professional staff

There was so much to do, from mountain bike riding, golfing, kayaking, and more. The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to provide excellent service. The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable and the food was amazing.

That we had to leave. Our stay came to an end. We would have loves to have stayed longer if we could. We will be back, though!
