very convenient to everything . the pool was the warmest of any heated pool I have ever found. it was great. Poolside Bingo was fun.

No hot tub. No safe in the room for personal belongings. This required carrying all of your valuable property with you, very inconvenient. The restaurant/bar was only open one evening. It was packed, so I do not understand why this potential source of additional revenue was not open daily. It was absolutely fun and would add to the attraction of the resort.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Room was clean, Refrigerator worked and coffeemaker was good. Beach towel were provided. Liked outside entrances.

Bathroom was very small. Our room did not have a balcony. Only one outlet worked to plug in hairdryer without turning off TV. We had to ask for luggage rack. Channel Guide on TV remote did not work properly. Clock in room did not work properly. Never could set exact time. Parking was very limited since the facility was full, and for the price paid for the room, parking should have been free to guests.

We booked an oceanfront room but it was not oceanfront. Same went for others in our group that selected the most expensive room options and didn’t receive oceanfront rooms.

Rooms were a little older with “bandaids” on it but still good.

Very spacious room and balcony. Love that there are 2 pools so it's not over crowded. The kid activities are great. When going to the beachni don't like to spend money on extra things, so having those activities was nice, gave us something to do. Free laundry was the highlight of my trip I believe.

Coolers in the pool would be a great addition. The water was bath water warm, not refreshing at all. I had lunch once at Harry's and was not impressed. Over priced freezer burger. The hallway carpet to our room (1549) was disgusting. Needed a heavy cleaning. The chair and couch in our room could have also used a cleaning. I had to ask for a broom to sweep our floors because they didn't get done by cleaning crew.

Views, Staff and Amenities, and Proximity to things.

There was a cockroach in our bathtub one morning during our stay and it was quite disheartening. We suspect it came from the incredibly shoddy drop ceiling found throughout the room which easily allows critters in. It took us a couple of minutes to the roach flushed down the drain and was not what we ever expected. It was a pretty awful 15 minutes in what was otherwise a great stay.

Beach was amazing.

Staff at front desk, cleaning lady, and staff at bar were friendly and made our stay exceptional. The beds are comfy, which is very important to me for having lower back issues. Cleaning staff will clean your room daily while your out. Best resort I've stayed at in years.

The only complaint is i booked my room thinking it was front view of the ocean. Now, i can see the ocean from my room but not ocean view room like i thought. Considering my stay was exceptional, this did not bother me enough to change my room or make complaint.

Placement of pool and restaurants was great. Loved the huge sliding balcony doors & Our living space flow

My balcony faced the gulf but overlooked a hideous roof from the building in front of us. The tub/ shower were horrible

Location is top notch! Beautiful beach and nice pool!

The buildings themselves are a little dated, but still amazing given the location.

the property was spacious, plenty of options between the two pools and the beach. great mix of relaxation and fun. the bars and restaurants give you the ability to have a casual dinner or have a few (or many) drinks while listening to live music every day. a great option for friends, or families or both.
