I really enjoyed how nice and hospitable the staff were. I only stayed there for a night with my fiance, but I was treated as a customer that's been there every month. The room we got was a single king bedroom and it was nice and clean! The indoor pool and gym were nice editions to our stay!

Personally, it's a little pricey for my overall budget, and the bathroom lock wasn't working, but other than that, there was nothing wrong.

Everything! It was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff were excellent! Location was great, safe and I felt relaxed and welcome!

The pool was not open but we were able to use the pool at the sister property next door which their staff was not as friendly and helpful and there was a sewer/garbage odor at the pool which was not pleasant.

Check in smooth! Stay cool! Until I asked maid in hall way for another wash cloth. You would think it came directly out of her paycheck. She informed me I had to call or go downstairs to the front desk. But she literally had a stack of them on her cart. Totally blew my mind.

property great! the evening staff provided good customer service BUT the young lady that worked in the bistro in the morning was very unfriendly, barely spoke, barely made eye contact and just plain rude for being snotty! she moved with no urgency, slower than a snail. I wanted a breakfast bowl but I knew with her attitude it was going to take too long and I was traveling for church and didn’t wasn’t to deal with negativity, the world is negative enough. so be kind to others whether at work or not.

the food and beverage was a bonus especially the made to order breakfast.

the cafe staff was pleasant but did not seem to enjoy her job. I paid for my room including breakfast for three people. she was aggravated we came to breakfast separately because she explained it messed up the order. I don’t think the customer should know this and it was uncomfortable, especially since I did not know we needed to eat together on the same ticket:(

The lobby the kids enjoyed playing ping pong and sitting in the library. They also enjoyed the cafe food (midnight snacks) hroughout the night. It was our first time being all together with 8 kids and their dad. The pool was a great amenitie. The kids keep asking when we are going back.

The breakfast staff seemed annoyed with our coming down as they wore closing and I felt the Starbucks coffees we bought (like 10) could have been made with a little more love.

We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. My boys loved playing on the ping pong table in the lobby.

One of the roads to reach the hotel that GPS directs travelers to seems permanently closed. We had to reroute and try to "eyeball" a new route. Also, handicap parking and parking upfront, in general, is very tight. The stay was a little pricey compared to other local comparable properties. We paid for breakfast as part of our ticket package. However, when we went to utilize the package, the menu options were very limited if you cannot consume eggs.

the breakfast was not what we thought it would be and was only offered to two of us..there was 4 of us and breakfast was suppose to be included…the Starbucks breakfast was not what we anticipated..we assumed it was a buffet type breakfast like most other hotels

The comfort and friendliness of staff is top notch.

We previously stayed in a sizeable odd numbered room. Surprise, surprise, the even numbered rooms are noticeably smaller in comparison. The food options are also expensive and the quality is inconsistent.

Breakfast was not what I expected for $15.00

The meal had any tasted and I order two breakfasts with two meats bacon and sausages. I was informed that I could only order one meat per order.
