The location was ideal for my destination. the rooms were clean and the staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel is under repair due to a pipe burst so one entire side of the hotel was being full gutted. Therefore they didn’t have cooked meals for breakfast only microwaveable items like honeybuns, and microwaveable sandwiches and burritos. You could also smell the still leaking water from the pipe bursting. We also had to switch rooms because the heater in one of the rooms went out, only blowing cold air. However, it was easily corrected within five minutes with a call to the front desk. Within 15 minutes we were already in another room. If the Hotel were not under renovation it would have been an exceptional experience.

Liked the breakfast. The staff was always so friendly. It was convenient for us. We were there for a funeral of my husband’s sister and it was a perfect location for us. Loved the bed which is very important to me.

The beautification I understand they were remodeling but I feel like that should have been told before people book because it made the property look unpleasant.

I had to still pay full price for the first day even though I checked in after midnight. I know I reserved it but you should have at least given me the percent off for staying 2 nights, I was then told it didn’t apply with me!!! Ummm I got charged for two nights so I stayed two nights!!! What’s not applicable???

Room was spacious

Indoor pool under remodeling . I booked indoor pool for my kids spring break . There was a child hollering all night long and neighbor fussing the whole night . Made several complaints staff said they know . WiFi was out the weekend of our stay

The place was very clean, the ladies at the front desk were lovely, the rooms and bed comfortable and the room itself was spotless. The area was safe and quiet. Nice breakfast and the location was perfect. Definitely going back when visiting the area.

Was ok...but can always do better.. more variety on fruits eg.berries, pears , boiled eggs, omelettes. All the bananas were way TOO ripe! Can mix with some averagely ripe.

coffee and yogurt on today Breakfast side . Rooms :- nice clean sheets and towels that looked newer, whiter and felt good on skin.

Property was very clean and had laundry facilities for guests, free breakfast, free parking, and free Wi-fi. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and caring.

Unfortunately, Wi-Fi connectivity was very erratic and a bit slow.

It was clean and comfortable.

I hated when you turned on the bathroom lights the fan was so loud I couldn't hear my thoughts. The outlets were unacceptable. I could not charge my phone. Every outlet I attempted to use my cord fell out of.

The location was perfect. The room was extremely clean and the room was a decent amount of space. This was my second time staying here for over a week. I came back because of how clean everything is and the staff is really friendly.

The Wi-Fi could have been stronger. I lost my connection a couple times each day and I work remotely, so that did cause some frustration.
