Breakfast not included. Keurig coffee maker in room and in the lobby. Microwave in the lobby. Also, room fridge stocked with several bottled water, variety of canned sodas and one each of orange juice & apple juice. Turn down bed service at night. Private room patio w/ two chairs, table and a view toward the beach, pool, and one of the two firepits. Multiple types of seating around the property for privacy or convening. Beautiful live oaks offering shade areas, also with bench and chair seating. Pool area had both sun & shade chair areas during the full day. Comfy chairs around both firepits, one pit by the pool! Beach bikes for rent at the office. Short walking distance to one main beach access stairs, some nearby with ramps for disability access.

Wall unit air conditioner was noisy for me, as I'm a light sleeper, and it went off and on continuously. Rainy conditions off & on all week created humidity levels difficult to mitigate with a wall unit in a motel. Beach was not my favorite.

Beds were comfortable and very clean. Daily housekeeping if you wanted it. Champagne upon checking in! Staff that went above and beyond. They spray the grounds for ants and mosquitos- so BLESSED to have this. View was amazing. The restaurant next door has great food and reasonable prices. I felt safe. I never stay in hotels with outside entry doors but took a chance and it was worth it. Hassle free vacation for sure.

Couldn't find the ice machine. The safety.latch on the door was broken. No shelves in the shower to put the toiletries on. Petty stuff, I know. Not bad enough to want to move rooms, for sure!!

the welcoming staff had me happy to be booking from the start. after receiving champagne and a grand hello I knew the staff would be we'll accommodating. the text butler is an AMAZING feature. its so easy to get the personalized house keeping I need. the rooms are HUGE and the native plants used to landscape truly feel like an oasis. check out was so smooth and so was the stay.

unfortunately this location doesn't have an elevator and a bellhop isn't available. with concrete steps, confusing pathways it was a bit hard to navigate to my room. only one fire pit was working and it stayed filled all the time. NO DELIVERIES come to this location. so if your hungry go to the grocery. the. hotel offers complimentary drinks

That hotel was exceptional!! They continually checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Drinks were furnished in the room. It also had a keurig in the room with coffee pods and nice robes to wear after shower. Location is great under those beautiful trees. When checking in they provided us a glass of champagne. Best hotel I have been to in along time. I use to go there as a kid and loved the location, but this was the first I have been there since I been grown and I will definitely be going back!

Beautiful grounds, Diane was fantastic kept in touch with us to make sure we have everything we need. I told her that I needed another chair and she found one for us. William was also very accommodating I told him my mom was 84 years old and if the room we received was far to walk. Next think I know he upgraded us to another room that she could get out of the car and walk right in the room. Also he gave all 4 of champagne and we sat outside around the fire pit. I hope we have an opportunity to stay again. You won’t be disappointed.

To make it perfect for us this is what we would add. Another chair in the room there was only one so with 4 adults we need at least 2 because the beds were a little high so it was kind of difficult to put on shoes. Also more drawers to put clothes in so we don’t have live out of out suitcases. Last a mirror over the desk it would be a lot easier to have 2 mirror to put makeup on and fix hair. I know there was a glass mirror door but no where to put makeup. These things would be the cherry on top.

Great location on Jekyll Island. Plenty of parking. Easy drive to restaurants. Stocked mini fridge was great touch. Kind staff with exceptional daily turndown service.

Only issue was our room was directly across from the ice vending machine so it got very loud. Also, they pressure washed the parking lot while we were there one day and got my car absolutely covered in black dirt/mud. Lastly, seemed to have lot more fees than other resorts we’ve used lately.

An exceptionally interesting if not, exotic location, and place for a change "and a rest" including a beach. The beds were very satisfying. It's, this place like being one with nature if not paradise, with the basic human amenities like food, (though limited) easily accessible, nearby. The surrounding fauna, and beach was transforming in a wonderful way. Very safe, and a real treat.

I would have liked, breakfast options, but, was on a diet and waited to eat elsewhere for brunch being more than sufficient to our particular situation. It wasn't warm enough to swim in the ocean, and it rained for most of one day. No problem.

Loved it. Sunrise from the beach was spectacular. We had everything we needed and plenty of places to explore. The drinks in the refrigerator were a great idea, a microwave would have been nice to heat up water. The coffee maker was not rinsed from coffee grounds so could not be used to heat water for my tea. Not a coffee fan. The robes which we did not use but were a nice touch. The offer of a glass of champagne was also a nice touch if we were alcohol drinkers.

Pet prices too high. With pets required to stay in crates when left in room and no carpet there should not be such a high fee. This hotel is pet friendly so the fee should reflect on that. Hilton's pet fee is 40.00 which is reasonable. There also should be pet stations along the property for easy pet clean up. Piles of pet poop were along the walk way near beach area. Sometimes pet owners forget to bring along their baggies, then where to throw them away is a problem with no trash cans. With high pet fees there should have been pet stations. 😒 Other than that I would love to come to this establishment again.

They stocked the room fridge with complementary drinks. Check-in and out was easy. I received text messages to check on my stay. There were other amenities that I was not able to try out due to lack of time.

Upon arrival, the floor in my room was sticky. When they offered to come and clean it, I asked them to wait and come when I was gone but they came right away and I had to walk on the wet floor. When I showered, the water was slow to drain and almost overflowed the ledge. On my last night, I noticed something of mine was missing. it was not found.

Excellent stay. We arrived just after it got dark and were able to quickly check in. Very much to my surprise, the hotel staff offered a glass of champagne! Also, they texted us around 1pm to let us know the room was ready - a nice, personal touch. In fact, I received several text messages, including one shortly after we went to the room asking if we needed anything and if the accommodations were acceptable (they were). Ver clean, modern, spacious room. Very quiet and relaxing. The next morning we awoke to a glorious sunrise and walked down to the beach. Spectacular scenery. Checkout was uneventful. Got a text confirming checkout and they hoped to see us again soon. Nice!

Well, the property advertised “EV charging” and while it might be technically true, anyone who drives an electric vehicle will be quite disappointed. “EV charging” is simply an available 110V outlet; it would take a LOOOONG time to charge an EV. If a traveller arrived low on charge an expected to recharge to a usable level, they’d have to wait a very long time. Also, you’ll have to bring - and obviously use - your vehicle’s level 1 mobile charger. Fortunately - for Tesla owners - there’s a Supercharger in Brunswick. We left the property at <20% charge and arrived at the Supercharger at 7%. Cutting it close!
