Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious with a full sized fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave over the sink, dishtowels and soap, utensils and a full set of not just plates but also bowls and cooking implements. The desk at checkout had a major computer issue, but they managed to get through it pretty gracefully. We were able to park near the building and that whole area is very convenient if you want to walk to the beach and also to several stores and a couple restaurants. I'd gladly stay there every time we go to Jekyll.

Breakfast wasn't the best however everything else was spot on. The bath had only 2 full sized towels but for a one night stay that was fine.

The suite was incredible, and was about the same cost as a regular hotel room anywhere else in the area. Full size refrigerator, dishes, glassware, and silverware all came with the room, along with dish soap and a dishwasher. They also offer portable cooktops in case you need more than just the microwave for cooking. I loved the glass-enclosed shower - far better than the tubs in most other rooms. There was always really good coffee in three lobby area, also.

Breakfast was so-so, nothing to write home about. The room had a ton of counter space, which was great, but it meant there was no room left for an actual separate table. Their workaround was to include a table on wheels which mostly fit under one of the counters. You could pull it out most of the way, but then you couldn't walk around it because of the bed. I as traveling solo so this wasn't an issue for me, but the room only had 1 chair to use at the table, and the only other thing that was high enough to use the table was the bed. There was a desk light on the counter the table was under, but because there were no outlets under the counter it wasn't plugged in. I really needed that light, so I ended up using my own extension cord.

Good Location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Noise level was extremely high at 1:05 am. It was not next door but a few doors down from us. Woke us up. After waiting about 45 minutes for guests to quiet down, called the front desk. Noise level diminished around 3:00 am. Management did respond to noisy room. The next morning the manager on duty was the one we reported the incident to. She said they were doing laundry at 12:00 am. She also said she could hear the noise when she got off the elevator.

Breakfast was lovely. The room was spacious and beautiful. The grounds were beautiful, and it was a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and convention center. I love that it was pet friendly. The suite was very nice with everything I needed for a "homey" stay.

Everything was excellent, except there were a few candy wrappers and other small pieces of trash under the beds. The cabinet in the bathroom was broken where the pipes were should be covered underneath. But these were minor concerns. Very nice accommodations.

The overall hotel location was great! My family and I enjoyed the town and nearby shops. Most places were of walkable distance or a very short car ride (5-10 min.). The hotel breakfast was nice. You offered plenty of choices. My husband and I enjoyed the waffles and breakfast sandwiches. My son enjoyed the muffins. I think he ate 6 total while we were there.

The pool area seemed clean, but the pool water was a little too warm.

The kids loved the pool. Our room was big enough we did not feel cramped. The staff was pleasant.

We did not have an extra roll of toilet paper and ran out right before we left. We booked through booking.com but a person in reservations helped me get setup on the Hilton app and told me she tied it to my booking and to tell the front desk when I check in and they would apply the member discount. The person checking me in would not give me the discount because if the way I booked the room. I explained what I was told to do but got no where no discount received. Your staff no matter where they are should be on the same page.

I loved how clean and spacious the hotel was. I also loved the fact that it’s so kid and pet friendly.

I did not like that I had trouble checking in my first night there. I booked my stay through booking.com and almost had to pay $150 over what I got it for. The issue was resolved after about 20 minutes of attempting to check in and the gentleman was pleasant. Also the woman in charge of breakfast can be a bit aggressive about closing exactly at 10:00 am. I understand that that’s closing however it’s rude to close curtains while guests are still grabbing their last fixings. The shorter, black woman was very helpful in those instances so I’m grateful for her.

The breakfast provided more of a variety of foods than expected. For instance, the fresh fruits, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, cereal, eggs, and Belgium waffles were MORE than I expected. Breakfast certainly exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m.; that's early. Please consider extending breakfast to brunch hours. I believe this will satisfy many of your travelers. I appreciate this opportunity to share my thoughts.

I loved how close the beach was to the hotel. I loved how close it was to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were kind happy, and knowledgeable.

I didn't like the 2 brown stains in the center of the room. Or the noise above us from the room above us at 0740 AM on 2 straight mornings. It sounded like they were dropping dumbbells for an hour. I didn't like what seemed like hair by the kitchen sink. Or the low supply of toiletries in the bathroom. The front desk was great about us coming down to get supplies but wish they were already stocked.

The coffee at the H2S is amazing. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it was the best part of the experience. The breakfast folks seemed to be trying, but if there had not been oatmeal for me and waffles for the grandkids, it would have been skip-able. The rooms had some welcome amenities, such as kitchen equipment, a good sized refrigerator, and a microwave. Also, we had pull out sofas, and one of our two rooms had a bag of bedding for it.

While I realize that the hospitality industry is struggling to keep up with the surge in travel post 2020, not having housekeeping without scheduling it made it seem like we were doing the condo bit rather than staying in a hotel. For our stay, the pool was out of service for two days. The property did allow us to visit a neighboring hotel pool, but that required getting in the car and driving.
