There were few facilities at the Inn, for example no breakfast and the main reception room needed a refurbishment. However, our room/apartment was really good and exceeded expectations, very clean, and very spacious with good furnishings. Beds could have been more comfortable. More like an airbnb. Staff at reception were very welcoming and Mica in particular was very knowledgeable about the local area. Savannah is so beautiful, it is really worth a visit and the Inn was a lovely place to stay.

Attention to room day to day. The beds were not made every day. Feel that the reception area could be better.

Next time we visit beautiful Savannah, we will hopefully stay here again with our service dog. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were clean & beautiful. More than enough room for 2 people and our service dog. We were treated to a view of the river from our bedroom! A goodie bag was provided, which our dog loved. There was a lovely happy hour upstairs overlooking the river, and wine was provided along with several appetizers ! We were also treated to a frozen ice cream treat left for us inside our freezer, compliments of the inn♡ Southern gentility and hospitality at its finest♡

The room was very spacious and clean. We were so surprised at the size. The view of the river was amazing. It was great to able to see the big container ships go up and down the river. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel was close to lots of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The walk up and down the river front was nice during the day and in the evenings. The hotel definitely has the charm of Savanah with the modern facilities. Will definitely stay again.

With all the steps, it was a bit harder with a wheelchair but the staff were very helpful and it ended up i only had to take a few steps to our room.

Bell hop greeted us and took luggage to our room while we checked in. Unlimited complimentary water and ice cream in room. Large suite with living area with a TV, kitchenette had refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Beautiful bedroom overlooked River St. so we could see ships go by. All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay in a wonderful location! The Inn even gave us earplugs just in case the ships were too loud! Wish we'd have had more than one night to enjoy this gem!

Nothing we didn't like!

We liked everything except one thing.... you have a kitchen in the unit.... unfortunately, I don't travel with pots and pans , utensils, paper towels, etc that are needed for the kitchen....these are items necessary when providing a kitchen!!! Otherwise, we loved it!!!..... staff was awesome and thanks for allowing us to leave the car for a few hours before heading for another facility to check in because you were totally booked due to the hurricane and we needed to stay an extra day!....

We had the best 4 day weekened here. I never stayed at an inn before so I was hesitant but I am so glad I stayed here. When we pulled up, there was a nice man standing on the steps who greeted us and helped with our bags. The lady at the front desk was really welcoming. Our room was really spacious and clean. I was also suprised to get daily room service bc most hotels stopped. I think we had a suite since we had a kitchen & living room. My husband really enjoyed the daily ice cream bars. I hate that we missed the daily happy hour due to all the running we did. The bathroom was updated too.

The bed could have been a little softer but it wasn't brick hard.

The location is perfect! We didn't use our car at all while we were there. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the river. It was very spacious and clean. The evening reception was also wonderful! Wine and appetizers with the other guests. The staff always went above and beyond! So friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect.....except the beds. They were very very firm. When I say firm.... I mean FIRM. We did let them know at the end of our stay and he wrote it down and said they would definitely look into it.

I don't think I could say enough positive things about our experience in this small box. Ashley, Brian, Kevin and everyone else on the staff was amazing. Location location location hello amazing. It was clean and we had a pet friendly room which is why we booked that facility and it was immaculately clean. There were earplugs on the nightstands which is super nice and I appreciate that but I did not hear sounds of life outside nor around me. We stayed four nights we rented two King suites and then we decided we loved it so much we extended one more night on the fly and they were able to put us into Queen suites. All of my rooms were above and beyond. We traveled with two 17-year-old girls and an old grouchy Frenchie and we had an amazing time. We have found the spot that we will return to every year during the holidays, this a gem. We even had yummy ice cream sandwiches in our freezer. The kitchenettes were more than what we needed. But it was perfect I might recommend bringing your own plastic silverware and paper towels. We don't have to buy them there which is what we did. The location was ideal traveling with family the younger people could walk around and do their own thing there were so many shops right around the inn. Thank you so much for making it such an amazing trip for us.

I have no negatives.

The atmosphere, the cleanliness of the room. The special touches added by the staff of the hotel. They were both friendly and helpful and professional. The ice cream every night as well as the complimentary wine and cheese social was a much-appreciated added touch. Was even surprised with champagne for my birthday! We have spoken very highly of our stay at this property. We will definitely be back!

Minor issue: One night came back to the room and dirty towels were left and ice cream missing but overall, a wonderful stay.

The inn has it all really! It has the old Savannah charm and architecture, but with all the modern amenities. Plus, the location was PERFECT! It is above River street and Bay street which put it right in the action...but I had no issues with noise from said action. My wife and I were more than pleased with everything about this hotel! What a great trip! Oh yeah...they have parking on site which is Huge in Savannah!
