spacious size unit for a couple, well equipped kitchen, lovely balcony suitable for dining. nice pools. since no food service facilities on site, nice they provided 2 food trucks offering good food at good prices. also close to market for supplies.

first reservation was mixed up, but got resolved with time. Didn’t like being pursued to attend time share buying program, not why We were staying here. lack views from balcony and within the resort. not close to any coast views.

I like there were plenty of bath and pool towels in the bathroom. Plenty of room in the suite. Easy to park in the property. Spacious shower area and counter space. Easy to check out. Most of all, AC units work great. That's why we picked this place because of AC was available.

There needs to have ceiling vent in the bathroom area to get the steam out fast after shower. A piece of floor near bathroom needs repair.

2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa with a pull out sofa bed had plenty of room for my extended family of 5 adults. There are 2 swimming pools & 3 hot tubs to choose from. Also there was a nice gym room. Full kitchen was great, we were able to cook breakfasts & dinners! Free parking. We were always provided with extra towels, bath & kitchen amenities when we called the front desk. Each room had ceiling fans & air conditioners.

Front desk said that the pools were heated, the ocean was warmer, lol. The pull out sofa mattress had stains, but we were provided with a mattress cover & fitted sheet to place over stains.

The resort is on par with similar facilities. The rooms were a good size and the pools were nice for our kiddos. The staff was friendly and attentive if in person. Great to have a kitchen and grills since there are not a ton of food options in Princeville post covid.

The only on site food options were food trucks with unpredictable hours. Some of the facilities do need updates like dry rot on our stairs and our bathtub was slow to fill. The front desk was helpful in person but never picked up the phone. We had to go in person for more dish washing soap, new towels, etc.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, I felt well taken care of and safe. The rooms were spacious, the pools were amazing, and the rooms had a great deal of things that I didn't realize I would want such as good real sharp knives, blender, cutting board and so on.

The only thing I really didn't like they couldn't help, I didn't realize how far away from things to do it was. No food at the establishment and not much around in the way of food. Closes early.

The room and pools and landscape are amazing.

You could see a lot of dust buildup under the lamp shades in the bedrooms. Had definitely been overlooked by the cleaning staff for some time.

Overall the accommodations were very good. Location was perfect for our visit specific to Hanalei. Staff was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The facility could have had more clubhouse activities - ping-pong tables, more pickleball courts. Things that my kids would have enjoyed more of when we were not at the beach.

Pools and fitness facilities were very convenient. Location of suite in the complex was good. Staff were attentive and accommodating. Restrooms were well appointed.

Lack of on site dining facilities. Could have had a little coffee bar where food was available for purchase. Lack of housekeeping for the week.

wow!! the best stay we have in Hawaii. very big apartments with a full kitchen and big bedrooms, and the bathroom was the highlight of the room! the pools are big and nice, the staff is friendly and the location is great. very recommended!

Wonderful staff at check-in, easy and convenient process. Spacious condo with everything you might need including laundry detergent for your in-unit washer/dryer, filters for the coffee maker, a cooler for the beach, etc. having those little things already available was great.

Designated smoking area too close to condo units. Pool and hot tub were heavily chlorinated.
