The beds were comfy, breakfast was convenient &we were able to get hot water for tea all night long. Had rooms across hall for family visits Very cozy lobby area , shopping, restaurants ,doctors nearby. Even tho we didn't use pool , lots of other people did & was no noise in hallway & looked nice.

I would have liked a mirror/sink outside bathroom for multiple travelers to get ready at same time. Maybe 1 more rolling chair at table. Only 1 could eat or sit on couch to eat.

Great location, very nice suite. Parking was good. I had a newly-renovated room. The shower and bath were outstanding. The room itself was good, but I wish that they had put air vents in the ceiling rather than having a more old-fashioned wall unit. Fortunately it was cool enough that I could open the window about 4 inches and get a good breeze.

The office chair was poor, but that's not unusual for any hotel.

Property was in excellent condition. Our room was clean and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable, sheets and pillows were awesome. Bathroom was plenty big and nicely laid out. Your hotel was much better than the Fairmont Empress in Victoria BC where we just paid over $500 per night for a three night stay on our anniversary. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I want to single out Santina, a breakfast hostess who went above and beyond. She was energetic, cheerful, and hard working. Be sure to take care of her.

friendly staff, breakfast was amazing the best breakfast I have had at any hotel. rooms were very clean, the he pool and bbq area and gym were very very nice. this is the best stay I have had. The staff will go out of there way to help you. and the bonus cookie hour was a nice treat.😄

We travel a lot and this was one of the best experiences at a hotel we have ever had! All the staff, from the front desk, people making breakfast, and the guy doing maintenance on the pool were exceptional! We ended up having two extra kids stay with us the second night and they brought a roll away bed up for $10. They apologized saying it could take up to 20 minutes to get to us. That is so quick compared to what we usually experience. We called for extra towels and they had them to us within 5 minutes. The entire place is clean, no issues at all. Loved our stay here. Oh they also did milk and cookies in the lobby at night.

Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 8:30AM wondering if I was ready to have my room cleaned and again at 9:30. It was very disruptive and made me feel rushed. They should know when a guest has checked out and not be knocking on doors to see if people are ready. Very disconcerting.

Super comfortable two nights stay. We slept well - this is totally out of the ordinary for us! Location was central to the places that we were visiting. The double queen room was spacious and full of light. Breakfast was great. Both mornings a super efficient employee restocked and cleaned - very impressive! Wi-fi worked very well. All facilities which we used were ultra clean. We plan to return to the Palouse and already decided that this hotel will get our business! Well done, Thank you!

Everything was Great staff super helpful and friendly everything was clean in our rm. Actually had bed for all our immediate family in one rm. We have 4 kids all ages. Even left a Easter bag at our door this morning.

No weights in the gym hubby is gym rat. Or weight machines. No bedding for the crib staff did give us sheets to queen bed to use for it when asked. Elevator closet to our rm was closed . My elderly mom who could barely walk had a very hard time with the two flights of stairs but walk from other elevator would been far longer.

Staff was kind, helpful. This is so important because we are paying for this service. The room was big enough for my family. I requested for extra pillows and I got them. Will return when in town again.

The complimentary breakfast was ok. It would be nice to have more trash can liners because we are in a few times. The toilet paper was low like the tissue so please give extra.

Santeena!! I think that’s how you spell her name?! She was the breakfast/food manager! what great customer service! she was so kind & helpful. we loved the Dove shampoos & body wash. the bed seemed extra comfortable too! the floor was clean…& had been vacuumed.

everything was truly perfect (well, maybe the cost of room) we stayed all weekend & it was ridiculously overpriced.
