ALL of the staff were super hospitable and friendly! They really make you feel comfortable and talk to you as if you're family! The continental breakfast was always amazing, as well!

If you're staying for a longer stay, especially with a family or multiple people, it was hard to keep up with all the garbage pile up! We wanted to just take care of it ourselves, but we didn't have a dumpster available to us. I just wish there was more availability to throw your own trash away. There were also questionable stains on the sheets and blankets... But since we were in a pet friendly room, I assumed (and hoped) they were just stained that way. I could've requested fresh linens and such, but it's kind of a hassle to have housekeeping in when you're traveling with pets.

We loved everything about this property. It was up scale from others we’ve started at. Room was very clean. Bed clothes very nice. The breakfast was a step above all others we’ve stayed at. Great location as we were travelling home & it was right adjacent to the highway. Staff were very welcoming.

I thought the pet fee of $75 on a $112 room rate was way too much. Agonist like they didn’t want pets. If that’s the case they should say so. This was the most expensive pet fee of our whole trip. And it took some of the guild of the Lily of this great property.

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the gals cleaning the rooms. We asked for an early check in because we we're traveling with our 92 year old mother in law and it was extremely hot. I'm sorry I didn't get the desk attendance name, but she was amazing! Also asked for a couple pillows, before we had a chance to put our bags down, house keeping was on it.

Not a big fan of the barn door for the bathroom! Breakfast was great, but a little confusing on how to prepare the waffles.

We like the USB plug ins around the lamps. We like the shower (not a tub/shower) and the shampoo bottles on the wall. Nice to find a blow dryer we forgot ours. We liked the huge king sized bed and how clean the room was. The room was quiet, couldn't here the chatter around us. And we like the breakfast bar. This was our third time staying there and we will again.

Some jerk parked his truck and trailer sideways over three parking spaces.

Had requested a quiet area of the hotel and they fulfilled that request. It was comfortable and nice and very quiet. The staff was excellent

The only complaint I would have is that the bed is not in the right position to watch TV. It could have been moved to the opposite wall of the television and made it easier for us to watch a program, other than that I have no problem at all

Very clean, except the bathroom. Comfortable, nice pillows, nice pool and hot tub. Complementary Coffee in the lobby, very good, with an assortment of creamers and sweeteners. Professional front desk manager.

Bathroom was dirty, the toilet base and floor were pretty grimy, and the shower had someone else’s hair in it.

Staff (Kobi) was outstanding. She was very pleasant at check-in, offering bottle water, directions, a room with a view of the valley (which we asked for). We asked for recommendations for dinner (pizza). We went with recommendation and it was excellent food. Facilities were very clean. Location was right off highway and not too far from downtown and food. Breakfast was good and seating area very clean.

Would be nice to have an available night light for the bathroom. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night shouldn't require ultra-bright llghting making it hard to go back to sleep. Also USB outlets near the beds would be nice to have.

Room was spacious (had a king suite) but wish the bedroom was bigger. Pool was open 24 hours a day which was great! Breakfast was great, the waffles were great but only one of us got one because they ran out of batter 30 minutes before breakfast was over. Great stay would definitely stay again!

Wish the sink was actually in the bathroom and the bathroom was bigger. The size of the bathroom is tiny compared to the room.

The place, and our room, was very clean. The spacious room was quite enjoyable. Breakfast was better than most. BUT, the best part was the bed. The bed, pillows and comforter were wonderful. My husband and I both slept exceptionally well. The blackout blinds were a plus. There was hardly any noise. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Every staff member was wonderful. We couldn’t have been happier. This will definitely be our Go To hotel in Pocatello, and we have stayed in most of what Pocatello has to offer. Thank you Hampton Inn for a great stay.
