The hotel was outdated, every time I walked outside my room I smelled chorine maybe because we were on the first floor and the pool was indoor. The sheets were dirty under comforter, there was crumbs and hair it was too late and we were too tired to have them change bedding, so my daughter and I slept over the sheets and comforter and used our own blankets to cover us. We definitely shook off the bedding before sleeping on them. The walls in the room should be repainted and the bathroom wallpaper should be replaced or redone too. There was a power strip cord that was hanging from the side of the dressor and the cords were exposed it looked strange. There were dressers missing too.

Front desk clerk was friendly. Room was large and the heater/ac had many options compared to others I've seen while vacationing.

The pillows weren't very comfortable, but we made them work. The shower head in our bathroom probably should be replaced. We tried watching a movie on the Free Showtime app on the TV, but 15 minutes in it disconnected and we were unable to continue the movie.

The location is in a convenient location for food. Absolutely loved the pool and spa! The pool was heated during these cold months. Front desk staff saw my note that it was our honeymoon and called to offer to upgrade to the suite. The suite was nice and the spa tub was fantastic!

Housekeeping knocked on our door half an hour before checkout to ask us if we were leaving soon so they could clean. As we left our room, you can hear housekeeping staff yelling “They’re finally out”. Absolutely rudest interaction we have ever had with housekeeping. The couch in the suite was worn and the faux leather was peeling.

Staff and room. When I realized that our restricted mobility only meant handrails and not a roll in shower, the staff quickly moved us to the more accommodating room. For just $5.00, my daughter was able to take a shower on her own without her mmother' help (she is 25) for the first time in 2 mo.since she broke her leg and I got to drink my coffee! Room was spacious enough for her scooter and comfortable

Breakfast was almost non-existent

Pool and spa were delightful. I planned to use the gym, but didn't have time. Room was spacious, bed comfy. Restaurant attached to lobby provided lots of choices, reasonably priced and pleasant service. Location perfect; easy to find. Coffee in lobby.

I was a no show for the night before because of very bad storms in Utah. They wouldn't cancel my room. But I know that was part of the fine print, so I can't complain. Morning food offering meager, but I always bring my own food, so it wasn't an inconvenience for me.

Clean, spacious, and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, not great, but decent enough. Pet surcharge was reasonable.

Compared to the room size, the bathroom is small and out-of date and the lighting/fans were on the way out.

Room was huge, clean and modern. Rate was very comparable to other nearby hotels. The pool are is massive and quite. No hot breakfast which was the only blip. This is now my place to stay when we travel in the Pocatello area!

Having a hot breakfast would be awesome.

It just seemed like home after a hard day on the road. Excellent pool and it worked in the middle of winter. Breakfast was good under covid conditions

Nothing. We look for another Red Lion in Great Falls and there weren't any if there were we would have booked it.

This hotel offers breakfast to go or a continental breakfast. The rooms were very large and the bed was super comfortable. Easy on and off the freeway as well with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

The hallways were dim and there was no signage guiding you to the lobby or other amenities.

Nice large room, pool and hot tub, friendly staff.

The air conditioner was set to freezing and we couldn’t adjust it but they came and set it to 72 instead of 64. Tv signal went out but it was also taken care of. We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant weren’t open.
