It was clean, well stocked and had a friendly staff.

We stayed two nights and the breakfast was the same both mornings. I wish they would alternate and would have offered breakfast burritos or bacon. My grandchildren would have enjoyed fruit loops, marshmallow Matey’s or Cocoa Puffs cereal. Only blueberry muffins were offered and only wheat bread. Chocolate muffins and white bread would have been good options too. The choices offered were healthy but people like different things.

The location and size of the room were great. Noise form the neighboring rooms was minimal although we could hear the people upstairs stomping around the second night around of after midnight. Time time that the breakfast buffet remained open was nice, 1 hour longer then other hotels I have stayed in.

There could have been more choices in the breakfast buffet, like biscuits and gravy or bacon. The choices in the breakfast buffet could be mixed up a little between the different days instead of having the same things for multiple days in a row. One suggestion would be a "build your own omelet or scramble" station.

Upgraded our room. The sofa bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on, even with the extra blankets we requested. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were interesting. Thought we would have some potatoes with it being in Idaho

It was clean and well kept! The breakfast bar had great options for anyone and the staff working were friendly.

The room next door was adjourning ours and when we tried to sleep we could hear everything going on next door and they weren’t yelling.

The staff was exceptional

The pool area is humid. We stayed in the room 141 that shared a wall with pool area. You can hear the jets through wall which makes it very hard to sleep as the the facilities are open 24/7

The staff were exceptionally pleasant. Accommodating to my son’s service animal and very helpful with our needs. The rooms were spotless and the location makes for a quiet stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Great staff, beautiful setting with great views, clean and well appointed room. Nice facility all around.

Wi-Fi did not work for me. Reception was able to get me on the next day, but did not have it for the evening of a one night stay. Also, noisy family above us with screaming kids late at night. Called desk and it improved slightly.

We LOVED (all) the staff they were proffesional, curdeouse, friendly and upbeat. The room was very clean and fresh. Job well done cleaning crew. The kitchen ladies during breakfast EVERY day, were our favorite! They were very accomadating and friendly, too every one that came through. WE appreciated the 24 hour gym and pool service because were early risers 4 a.m. Thank you to Holiday Inn express for a great stay. We will be back.

I think the one day I paid $264.00 was unreasonable. 😔 BUT I would pay it again just to deal with such proffesional caring people.

The breakfast was decent. The pancake station was closed. Would have been nice to have had the pancake or a waffle station. I would also recommend almond milk included with the options of milks. Overall beautiful breakfast area with a great view! Loved all the windows to let the natural sunlight in. My son enjoyed the pool before his gymnastics meet that afternoon.

The staff was some of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Very friendly. One lady went out of her way to get us something we asked for, and got us plenty extra, and more . A young man was leaving for the day, but came back in to the pool area to get toys out of a locked closet for my kids. Breakfast was alright. Would absolutely stay here again!
