Adrian Briseno and Mireya Rodriguez were amazing upon my arrival. This is the second visit to this hotel and me and my friends were very pleased. Without a doubt, we will be back year after year. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

Truly wish there was a continental breakfast. To have breakfast, we had to go offsite. Definitely appreciate spending my money at a local establishment but it would make things easier in the morning.

I actually loved everything about the property. The price for two rooms was extremely reasonable. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room was extremely spacious. The staff was phenomenal. The toiletries were fantastic and high-quality. The pool was nice. The gym was nice they have a snack bar. It’s within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants movie theaters convention centers, the airport to a mall. I’m definitely staying here again.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property is that originally I booked the wrong date and it took me forever (three weeks)to get a hold of somebody that would help me change the reservation date. but honestly, that was also on Booking.com for the policies that they have. Although I’m not trying to bash anybody. This is the first time that I’ve ever had a problem and I’ve been using this website for years. also, no microwave in the room.

The location near by the outlet mall and close to the airport . The staff was very friendly and in particular mIss Jermaine . Transportation is available however it’s not after 11 pm

The Air condition is too noisy and the sound of the plains taking off is very loud in side the rooms

The location was great. I was within walking distance to the Fashion Outlet if Chicago and a list of restaurants. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The cleanness of the shower and the area around the air conditioner/heating unit. There was a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave and better ice buckets, I would recommend stainless steel. More lighting in the bathroom area. Otherwise, the room was great for the price and location.

I like the location of the hotel. I was in walking distance to the outlet mall. Walked over there just to kill time before my next event but the stores were closing. I forgot about time change. The pizza i ordered from Lou Malnatis was delivered straight to my room and it was delicious.

Good location and trendy hotel, pretty quiet.

I did not like the carpet and the carpeted walls in my room, does not seem hygienic. The stand up shower had poor drainage and water leaked into the other areas of the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room and the AC was loud.

Parking is limited and when I paid for parking for the night there were no spots open on site. The worker moved his personal car up front so I could park there. Wish I got his name but I didn’t but I was so appreciative of that! Very kind staff all around and comfy bed! Slept like a baby’s

Location wise: it terrific with only 2 miles away from Chicago Ohare Airport and outlet mall across the street, Hotel room: layout was perfect with TV, BED, windows, desk, etc. Quality: room was clean, decent view (outlet mall parking lot + Christmas lights), provided water bottle, awesome job with shampoo + conditioner (eco friendly), and wide space.

Lights were too dimmer for me, wish the lights were adjustable. Telephone in the room does not work. I tried calling front desk using the telephone and did not go through. GPS didn’t provide navigation to the entrance of the hotel so that should be brought up to your attention with Marriott.

Great location facing a fashion outlet mall, 2 minutes walk from Rosemont Theater. Big rooms with the basic necessities (fridge, coffee machine) great big shower. .Clean Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Has an inside gym and pool, big inside and outside lounge and a bar.

Lack of vegetables and fruits at breakfast

BEST LOCATION! Everything around to shopping, eating and bars is walking distance to the hotel. Also for those are flying are super close to airport. Marisol was amazing and she gave a golden experience.

I just wish the pool was a little bigger and was also located either outside or door open. Maybe even tanning area when hot weather is upon us.
