Top notch on-site staff professionalism and friendliness: front desk staff checked me in promptly with sincere smiles and self-introductions, staff responded promptly and courteously to my messages via Booking.com, and a delicious dinner was delivered by the on-site restaurant The Thorn promptly. Immaculate room with curtains for dimming and full dark (lovely after an international flight). So quiet I felt I was the only guest!

I was on hold a while to request the airport shuttle, then waited 35 more minutes outside in the heat and traffic (O’Hare terminal staff did provide entertainment trying to manage all the non-shuttle pick-ups using the area). The driver did nicely apologize for the delay and he engaged with others on the shuttle about local activities that week. Shuttles need more support during rush times. They were full both directions.

We recently stayed one night at the Hilton's Rose Hotel in Rosemont just outside of O'hare Airport. Reservation was made through booking.com, email confirmation provided immediately. We checked in around 6pm, all sorted in just a few minutes. They have free shuttle service to/from the airport. Easy to arrange at the front desk, I believe you need to call and arrange from the airport. There is good lobby space on the ground floor along with bar and restaurant called Thorn. Being exhausted from travels to Chicago, we had room service from Thorn and found the burger to be better than expected, normal airport hotel prices. Our room was just what we needed for the occasion, something very close to the airport to rest up before early morning flight. Plenty of space, desk workstation, flat screen TV with plenty of channels, wall seating, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, good water pressure shower head. Room was comfortable and overall pretty nice compared to run of the mill airport hotels around the world, all at reasonable room rate. Would gladly stay at Rose Hotel again under same circumstances.

Despite seeing the interstate from my room, I could not hear a thing. Black out drapes and absolutely silent room made for some perfect sleep. Beautifully decorated with staff as equally pleasant, I will absolutely be returning.Get the hilton honors app for a seemless check in ProTip: Keep the ac as low as it can go and the hot water running the entire time to really show Paris who's boss.

The housekeeping staff did a great job - the room was super-clean, very well presented & super comfortable.

Called the reception to request a shuttle pick up from the airport. They said 15-20 minutes. Called back after 30 minutes, different person, said 15-20 minutes again. Called back again after 50 minutes & had to keep them on the phone for 10 minutes until I was sure the shuttle had arrived. If they had told me in the first instance that the shuttle was busy & couldn’t come for an hour I would’ve just got a cab as it was only a 5 minute ride away. They took a phone number each time I called, but never called me to advise of delays. It’s a great shame they made such a bad first impression. I was offered a drink at the bar when I finally got to the hotel, but refused as what I would prefer is they would review their communication & for other guests not to have their time wasted.

Bar staff were very lazy, did not come over and offer a menu, we had to go to the bar and they seemed to be too busy chatting with each other to help. I stayed 2 day prior and they were the opposite so must be the specific people.

the property is very nice and located in the suburbs! the hotel is up to date and have a great staff! the beds were comfortable and our stay felt safe! you have to have a keycard for elevators to move!! this is the perfect stay and the shuttle takes you back and forth to the airport. if you want to sight see other than down town , rent a car! but if not you can catch the transit to downtown area and the shuttle will either take you to rosemount or the airport tp catch the train! we loved it here and will definitely stay again! there are also great restaurants near!! beds are comfortable! this is the perfect stay!

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff who were more than helpful with late check out requirements for late flight. Foyer art was fabulous, very comfortable room, shuttle service extremely good, restaurant staff and food both very good. Made my last day in USA a pleasure and would happily stay again

The decor is gorgeous. The live music was great. All the staff were very complimenting during my stay. The restaurant staff is very attentive and responsive . The front desk always greets you with a welcoming smile. The shuttle was great - always ready at a moment's notice. It was a great first experience to IL, and for my commencement 🎓 Would highly recommend it..

this hotel is very close to the airport and the interior is nicely furnished in modern appliances. the room was spacious and comfortable. breakfast looked good but we had to get on the road so we couldn’t try it.

you have to pay $25 for parking (which feels pretty insulting after paying for parking at the airport as well) you also have to use your key card to get use the elevator which can be a little finicky. I booked a room with a king bed but upon arrival they had no king rooms available so they gave us a room with 2 queens. Not a deal breaker but not ideal.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We received the accessible room, although did not need or reuqest it. That being said, it was very spacious and had many accessibility features (accessible peephole and thermostat, closet modification, bathroom bars and shower seat). We requested a refrigerator and it was brought to our room, no charge!

The shuttle service was perfect! However, since my flight was very earlier, the restaurant wasn't open for coffee and the hotel doesn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby. That was the only disappointment!
