It was very clean, good location, very quiet and loved that it was pet friendly.

Housekeeping was called for toilet paper, but they never came. So I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. The breakfast could be better. The juices from the dispenser were very watered-down, especially apple juice. And when I tried to get the Strawberry Kiwi drink, the dispenser was going everywhere. So I couldn't get any. Could have more blankets in the room when you have a family. 2 lamps in the room were not working. They may have a shortage. And the outlet next to the bed was loose. You can't plug anything in the outlet. But that stuff was minor and could be easily fixed.

The staff were very pleasant at the hotel.

Did not like that it did not have a proper closet. Did not like the fact that it was a space with a curtain. I ask for 2 beds in the reservation but I only got 1 bed and 1 bed couch. I asked to wash the shower floor and they did not. Parking way to expensive. The pool area was hot. It was 90 something degrees outside. It would have been nice if it was cool in the pool area.

Breakfast was good with sweet and salty options. breakfast room is well decorated, modern and felt good to stay a bit of extra time reading your paper or emails. We were able to do an early check in as we arrived very early from the airport. Guest laundry is free and fitness center has everything you need. Good value for money. You are 7 minutes away from the green line train and bus 29. Buses 3, 4 and X4 are 50 meters away and will bring you straight downtown in 20 minutes. Suite had a microwave and dishwaver. Would definitely stay again.

The aircond was a bit unreliable. Sometime it stopped, then it worked again. Suite only had a microwave, and silverware were not really clean.

The Hotel is superb! Immaculately clean, well-maintained, courteous staff (Cynthia and in fact ALL the Front-Desk managers!) at a prime location (South loop, downtown Chicago), well-connected by CTA bus and the iconic Chicago "L" ("elevated") trains to ALL the Chicago attractions such as Cruise, Riverwalk, Field Museum, Millennium Park and the Bean, The Magnificent Mile, The Willis Tower, The Navy Pier, and all such "must-see" spots. This Hotel, in addition, is immaculate and safe. The cherry on the cake is that the Hotel is just next door to the mammoth McCormick Convention Center (where I had a Conference to attend) with a direct bridge-connection!

If the Hotel could provide some vegetarian options also, under their continental breakfast, we vegetarians would not be deprived of a sumptuous morning breakfast!

Breakfast was good, complete enough. It will be better if you add info about ingredient yo inform halal or haram ingredient for moslem guest. The staff was good, the lady name Shirley in breakfast room is very helpful. We allowed to put our luggage safely while we travelled to New York.

Sometimes we can heard sirene from the road in front of the hotel, and sometimes we met drunk men in front of hotel, not danger but just uncomfort

The location was really convenient for what I was there for. I was really blown away at the prices for the quality and the location of the hotel. The staff was all so friendly and helped with any and everything we needed. The whole room was very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was really good as well. They had quite a few selections

Loved breakfast. The staff member even recognized us or second breakfast morning! Front desk was very helpful upon check-in. He Upgraded our room and also provided the kids with comicon passes for same day. Very thoughtful! Beautiful room, pool and facility.

Pillows could be more supportive.

Great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and big rooms. New and clean hotel. The breakfast was great. A lot of options. Decent brands. Nice breakfast area. Special thanks to Ashley at the kitchen. She was very helpful during my previous stay as well.

My son said sofa bed was not the most comfortable in comparison to others. Also drinks at pool bar RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Don't know why I paid $45 plus tip for two cocktails and an ice water.
