Good location just off the Magnificent Mile . Room was large with a comfortable king bed , settee , kitchen units and walk in closet. We ate in some evenings so the kitchen was a boon. Oddly we were upgraded to a larger 2 room suite halfway through our stay due to the room above our original one having leak issues?? .A good result I suppose. Staff were pleasant, but not overly engaging. Breakfast was Ok ish , bit bland and same each day but just enough choice to start the day . Saves looking for somewhere to eat , although you could do your own in your room if you bought supermarket food .

Nothing of note , although the building is next to a hospital, and even up on the 32nd floor you could hear emergency sirens wailing daily. Part of big city life??

The rooms were absolutely incredible. One of the best rooms we ever stayed in with such a good price- value for money. The only thing we were missing was a chromecast to the TV, so that we could have streamed from our telephones :)

The breakfast was a bit deficient. Especially some days where we experienced the only drink-opportunity was water and coffee and another day where there was no milk to coffee, cerials and further. We visited for 9 days and I would say that 3 of the mornings were without anything big missings in the breakfast. I know that they were very busy - the hotel was full - so that could explain why it was a bit hectic in the breakfast area. A bit more elevators could have been very handy. We were asked to push the bottom for both up and down from the employeed because of how busy they were, and told to go on no matter what. If we didn’t do that, we could wait in around 10 minutes when it is breakfast time.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown - Magnificent Mile, and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, especially the staff! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that made me feel right at home. The front desk team was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and taking the time to answer all my questions about the area. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the breakfast attendants, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their friendly smiles and helpful attitudes truly stood out and made my trip memorable. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the heart of the city. My suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable home base after a day of exploring. The hotel room was big, clean, and equipped with all the necessities. The breakfast was very good and had a couple of choices.

You have to wait for a loooooot to take the elevators in peek hours.

I loved the layout of our suite, which worked great when traveling with family- there as a full separate bedroom with a door separate from the bathroom area and wonderful living room/kitchen area. It helped us all stay separate and have room to move around and respect people who were sleeping later. The location is great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I wish hotels updated the pullout sofas as often as the beds! It was so great to have this as an option, but it was old and not comfortable. There are two emergency rooms nearby, which created a lot of noisy traffic at night. As a family who is very COVID-careful, the breakfast room was not an option for us. A very small enclosed space for the volume of people who are eating within a limited amount of time.

The hotel is clean and has no offensive smells. You are right in the heart of shopping and plenty of restuarants. Lynette, greeter, is very pleasant and eager to give you great places to eat or visit. The kitchenette was adequately stocked for a small stay. The breakfast was simple but decent. It was easy to get our car in and out and it does cost a bit, but you are in a big city. Bring some earplugs for sleeping, sirens constantly. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast spread was great! French toast, waffles, 3 different types of syrup, sausage, yogurt, oarmeal, cereal., 3 different types of juices. Rooms were nice. Staff very friendly. Loretta and gentleman at front were so kind. They made our experience all the more better. Just friendly people. Loved it!

Nothing hotel could have done about it, but negative temps outside and rooms are surrounded by windows. They seemed poorly insulated as frost was on the inside and the thermostat heat could not keep up with falling temps so we were cold all night. Other than that, it was really great. We booked 4 rooms for my family and they all loved it. Would definitely book again.

Our room is very spacious (king room higher floor with city view) with separated living room/kitchen area. The view was superb and the staff were very nice. Location was in the central of magnificent miles. The lobby was small and bit crowded at times but surprisingly the room was exceeded our expectation. We would like to stay again in the future visit.

There is only 1 washing machine, the carpet room was stained and a bit outdated.

The location was excellent, easy to walk to all places and catch a bus, also shops nearby. The view is beautiful. The employees at the place are lovely!!! They were interested and asked every time how we were doing, and they took care of us when something happened to us outside the hotel, and I mean everyone, including everyone, was on top of things. Definitely recommend!

The breakfasts are full and good but they could be a little more varied every two days to change something for example

The room was Super nice, clean and comfortable with an Awesome view. TJ at the front desk was Awesome. He gave us a list with good restaurants to go. Housekeeper Elizabeth was The Best Super attentive.

I was disappointed that the pool was Closed 😔 I would suggest for them to use that area for people to enjoy the Magnificent views and have like a fire pit and chairs.
