Room was clean, cosy and chic. Perfect size and had a terrific view.

When I went to the lobby to relax and do some work, several of the hotel staff were gathered at the front desk conversing loudly and using some unprofessional language. It was very distracting.

The location is fantastic! We stay here almost every time we visit Chicago. The rooms are always spacious and clean. On this trip, both of our rooms overlooked Michigan Ave, which made for some great people-watching.

Everything was fine, but I had expected a king-size bed and wasn't particularly pleased with the queen bed.

Great price! Location was very good too! Room was simple but felt very old? Beds were nice and clean, air felt good! Bathrooms very clean but small.

The room felt haunted. The building felt so old but everything worked well. Outside the lobby lots of homeless people orbited the area at night. I hated the old carpeted floors.

The location of the hotel is very good centric close to all the main attractions in the city, I had no issues with location perfect. Although I didn't spend too much time in the hotel I had a few interactions with the staff and it was positive, the decor and cleanliness of the hotel is up to standards, the room itself was a bit small but I can see this being the design based on the age of hotel which is 1900 era, it was good to experience something from the past but modern with the touch of comfort, there is a mini fridge no microwave in the room and you also get a safe which was good to have. Although I was there for a short stay my room was cleaned daily and that was something I wasn't expecting and another positive aspect to consider

The hotel charges for Wi-Fi and I think in this DNA Age it should be something that guests should be having access to without additional fees, in addition parking in the area it's a problem this particular Hotel does not have a facility or include parking, there is an adjacent valet parking garage but the charges are way higher $50 plus in comparison to others in the vicinity. If you do your research around you can find options it may be an extra five six blocks but it's worth the price difference especially if you're out of town and you're driving in, other than that you may have to park far away and rely on Metro transportation

Extremely well located. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, excellent air conditioning and heating system, room was well maintained. I managed to sleep well, which is not something I say too often. Excellent service of luggage storage on our last day, easy and free of charge!

no big deals: - room was missing towels when we arrived. - when we asked for hair conditioner, zip ties for luggage or a corkscrew to borrow when the bar was closed, reception couldn't provide any - my room was close to the elevator, so I woke up a few times with its door dinging

You can't beat the location of the Warwick, everything is right outside the door. The staff was wonderful, they helped us with directions on multiple occasions and every request we had was filled promptly. After checkout they held our bags for us so we could enjoy Christmas parade and made everything so much easier. I'd definitely stay here again.

Only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom in the room was very small, and the couch in the room was uncomfortable, also alarm clock which we did not set went off several times early in the morning and we couldn't figure out how to turn completely off so we could sleep.

Location was outstanding. We could walk everywhere and were close to public transportation. We felt totally safe on Michigan Avenue and the side streets, even late at night. The rooms were lovely and quiet, and had everything we could possibly need.

Sometimes a rather long wait for the elevators. The staff wasn't clear when we checked in about the guarantee, and we had to ask twice to have it explained to us. There seemed to be a problem with the plumbing in all our rooms. Not sure if it was the fault of the low-flush toilets, or something else.

We arrived on a Sunday night of a 3-day weekend. We ended up with a 2-room suite that included a huge living room with a bar and a large bedroom with a king-size bed, and a big nice bath. The room was fabulous. Clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable with a great view of Chicago's "Magnificent Mile" below. The location could not have been better--walking distance to the lake, the river/river walk, shops, and restaurants. We did get housekeeping service daily (which I am finding a rarity at hotels since Covid). We found the price to be very reasonable for a major city like Chicago and for the property location in the heart of everything. The staff were helpful and helpful.

There were no "extra amenities" at the hotel, like a gym or spa, but that was quite fine with us (just letting other guests know). Because you are in the "heart of the city", you do hear the street noise from below (we were on the 17th floor). Again, this didn't really bother us, I'm just letting other guests know. And we did drive and parking a vehicle was an extra cost, but that is standard for large city properties.

Spacious room in historic building. Good value for money. Centrally located. A big thank you to Jamar the Front Office Manager for sorting out an issue we had. Check in is in 2nd floor, make sure you make time to do at least one historical tour of Chicago, if only a boat tour on the river, the older hotels all have check in on 2nd floor as in the earlier days staff, servant areas were located at ground level where the footpaths, board walks were wet and covered in mud at times etc Check out the Chicago Cultural Centre. The architecture is Amazing. Also many other historical hotels and buildings (not at street level) are jaw dropping! Book a free tour through Chicago Greeters. Com.
