I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was decent, and the location was fantastic—close to the arena where our event was held, with stores and restaurants conveniently nearby. The hotel itself is very nice, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a relaxing stay overall.

While the hotel was very nice, and the location and comfort of the room were great, one downside was the smell of weed in certain areas, which was a bit unpleasant. Addressing this would definitely improve the overall experience.

When the manager arrived, she helped me check in with ease. I also got a text shortly after getting settled into my room making sure that everything was good with my room.

I was able to check in early because my room was ready, however the gal who tried to check me in could not check me in. I had paid via Booking.com when I placed my reservation and when she tried to check me in, it was wanting me to pay again, along with the $50 deposit. I showed proof of paying for it already and she did not want to charge me again so requested I try again in an hour when the manager got in. I'm not from the area and the traffic was a little hectic for me so I grabbed a bite to eat across the street after driving 5 hours. I really wanted to check in early because I was on the road but I did not want to be charged twice. I also had a hard time connecting to the wifi. But it was something minor since I have data on my phone, I did not reach out to front desk.

Our stay was very comfortable, and we felt like it was great value for what we paid. Our room was homey with a renovated bathroom and the service from staff was great. The gym was well equipped, the pool was heated and clean, and the hot breakfasts in the mornings were tasty.

No issues, our stay was great.

I was looking for a hotel that had an indoor pool and a hot breakfast. They delivered on both accounts.

One of the elevators didn't work and it caused a lot of extra walking. One of our adults was getting a knee replacement the next week and it was a real inconvenience for her to put extra steps in her day.

Property was well maintained and clean. Room was nice and had everything that I needed.

The only negative that I can think of was an issue between Booking.com and their system. They tried to charge me for the room even though I had prepaid through Booking. They had an issue with putting it into the their system that I had paid already especially when it came time to pay for the incidentals fee.

Good breakfast offerings. A+ to have coffee available 24/7

Every other day housekeeping not cool and relying on a tiny note on the bathroom mirror to inform of same really not cool. If told at booking many would not book. Room had not been even spot vacuumed prior.

A nice large room. I could fit my walker on both sides of the bed. Also asked for a shower chair and one was brought to us. Thank you.

The room was a long walk from the elevator.

Kindly personel and also good quality breakfast. Access to the pool, big parking. Clean and fresh rooms.

Access to the internet is only available with a hilton account and american phone number, which can be a problem for foreigner people.

Breakfast was good. Location excellent. Liked the step in shower with sliding glass doors, and the front desk texted me once I was in the room to make sure we were happy with everything.

Everything was fine! No complaints.

Seemed like room keeping doesn't clean the rooms. When we got into our room, there were fingernail clippings in the carpet, on the side of the bed there was food from last guest that said in that room, and there was some sticky substance all over the carpet. Just needs to be cleaned a lot better.
