Was very quiet and great location. Love Super 8 continues to keep the coffee maker & coffee in each room - PLEASE never take this away as this is a MAIN reason we continue to book here over many years!

There was no microwave which I thought was in ALL Super 8 locations. When toilet backed up and called the front desk, I assumed someone would come fix, I ended up having to come get the plunger myself and fix myself (due it seemed to no maint being there, understaffed) hence the front desk person had to step away to locate a plunger.

The staff at reception and house keeping are very well behaved, welcoming and always ready to help.

The confirmation of my reservation was through PayPal and the person who attended me asked for my debit card, which I did not think was necessary, I do not distrust the person but rather the time we live in

the staff are kind and very welcoming. the rooms are nice and there’s nice lighting in the bathroom.

No complaints, there are some smoking rooms so if you smoke there’s rooms you can book here.

The location was great for our needs. We mostly new what to expect as we had stayed at this hotel previously. The price was right for our budget.

No towel hanger by the bathroom sink. "Breakfast" was very basic; Just one type of pre-packaged pastry with coffee and juice. It was okay, but not much of a selection,

It’s a nice area away from the city of Chicago but not far. There’s a train station about 14 mins away from there so it was just the perfect place to stay at. The rooms were very clean and the bonus was the medium sized fridge!

the window in my room was actually openable - really!! -- that is some thing rare in a motel nowadays - I opened it to get fresh air - the manager was very helpful in printing two pages for me - the bed was very comfortable and the TV had 'Turner Classic Movies' which appeals to people in my age group - motel is easy to reach from O'Hare on bus 250; you get the bus at the new 'Inter-Modal Facility' which opened in 2018

weather was hot and muggy, but that is Chicago in the summer, not fault of motel - and weather was within the tolerable range of heat - on border between hot and too hot - I regret that my pictures are not yet developed - they are film, old-fashioned

Clean, comfortable, and multiple plug outlets because lamps have sockets. Good towels and nice bathroom.

No hooks in bathroom, considering they ask you to hang up towels to show you don't need them replaced and save energy. Outside back door was broken so couldn't lock. ANYONE could have walked in at any time, and they didn't seem bothered about it. "it's pretty safe around here," is not an answer. That should have been fixed. We're next to a Post Office and any worker could have come in the back, or anyone else.

Staff was especially nice.

Other guests sometimes smoked.
