Good location, nice clean facilities, clean spacious room, comfortable bed, and good hot breakfast selections.

The bathroom was extremely compact, I'm only 5'2" (not big or tall) and had to backup and stand sideways between the toilet and counter just to close the door. Our bedroom was on the first floor (next to stairway) and could hear people walking around, luckily not a lot of people there on a Tuesday night.

A recently remodeled Lobby, newly carpeted hallways and freshly painted. We were very impressed. The young lady behind the counter was informative, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was hot plentiful and delicious . We were so impressed that we will be sure to stay at the Best Western Morton when we are coming to see plays at the Barn III in Goodfield, IL!

The rooms were clean and up to date. When we did see the staff they were friendly.

When we got there our bathroom had 2 tissues in the bathroom so we had yo hunt a staff member down to replace the box the next day as the maid did not replace the empty box . Upon our arrival my daughter stepped on a thumbtack that was on the floor. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Beautifully remodeled like-new property, nicer than many places have stayed at for three times the $$. Extremely clean. Great breakfast daily, super friendly, kind and helpful staff. Gorgeous pool and fitness room. Quiet rooms even on 2 nights when they were fully booked. Never heard any sounds from above or nearby rooms. Highly recommended...we will definitely stay here again as we visit family in town.

Understaffed so housekeeping wasn't standard...bed not made, didn't clean or vacuum daily but did get fresh towels. Had to ask twice for more shampoo (we stayed 6 nights). But they did the best they could...in this small town it's impossible to get help these days. Because every other aspect was so great we really didn't mind.

I liked the instant Quaker oatmeal (with milk), the orange juice, and with the COVID scare, I chose a wrapped muffin rather than a bagel. Morton is a safe town, and the hotel was right off the interstate and easy to find. I bet it is mobbed next weekend because it is Morton's pumpkin festival, and they are the pumpkin capital of the world. Whoever updated this motel knew what they were doing. The decor was nice, the beds comfortable, and it is always nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room.

I would have felt more comfortable if I'd seen more people wearing masks or thin gloves to put out bread, bagels, etc. We were close to a road, but asked for a quiet room, and didn't hear a lot of noise.

Very well kept and clean hotel. Great variety breakfast selection. Easy to get to. Right off the interstate.

When we first opened the door to our room it kind of smelled like previously someone had smoked in it.

Very clean, comfortable bed, appears newly renovated, indoor pool, close to my family’s home so easy travel, friendly staff.

I was fine, but my very tall partner complained that the bath towels were tiny for him.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean, and decor was up to date.

The location was a bit confusing with the GPS . After arriving at the location though, it was actually in a nice little tucked in area.

I loved that the room was very clean. In fact, the entirety of the facilities were extremely clean.

The only drawback was that the bathroom was a little small but definitely not a deal breaker by any means.

The Cleanest Ever! I'm talking clean as Marriott Aruba Clean! comfy bed and perfect pillow! pool so well kept. Nice people.

zero... I wish pool opened earlier.. it's hard to keep Littles quiet early in the morning
