THe location, the building, the staff, the architecture, the bar/restaurant all excellent. Loved the "clubby" feel and the lobby is just spectacular. Very convenient valet parking as well. Thank you

Room was ok .. very comfortable and felt safe. Decor is dated, no refrigerator, TV very small for today's standards. There was an ice bucket but plastic cups. Glassware would be nice .. also .. where do you get the ice?? Nothing on the phone to suggest who to ask .. no instructions in the room.

Location is spot on and in the Heart of Indy. The staff was super kind. The pregame breakfast was phenomenal!!

Well it says parking available but didn’t say it was $40 bucks a day to park. Which after all the little fees here and there the “deal” I thought I was getting turned out to cost me more than other hotels in the area.

Upon walking in the room, you get a wonderful vibe of a great choice in hotel. The full body tub AND a stand in shower were perks we didn't know we chose. The bed was so comfortable, we slept in an hour later than planned. The view was great! The tvs are small because it's not meant to be used with all the beauty inside the hotel and out! The food service, f'n delicious! The BACKFIRE SHRIMP IS AMAZING! Parking is great with Valet, worth the $40. I can not wait to return. The receptionist, bartender and valet were all amazing as well.

Location ,history , exclusive club feel

Rooms are a bit dated but i also realize this isn't a normal convention type hotel. More of city club with rooms for travelers . So i cant say i didn't like . It is what i expected . ALL GOOD No food service i also understand that city clubs with a few rooms might not have a full service staff for three meals a day .

The hotel is beautiful. The valet we encountered around 2:00 on Saturday the 27th of February was awesome. He was kind, he explained parking, he helped me with my bag and was all around so pleasant. The woman who checked us in at that same time was also wonderful. Very helpful and kind. Everyone after that was just ok. I called downstairs to ask about logging into my Netflix account around 6pm and was told ‘I don’t know about that’. Then I called to ask about ice (the initial check in person said I could just call and they would bring it to the room) and the on duty front desk person told me I had to bring my ice bucket downstairs. Which she then touched repeatedly trying to get the bag open. Not sanitary enough for me to use in drinks after that. The restraint staff was wonderful but the food was not good enough for the price.

I don't think you could ask for a better location than right on Monument Circle. The city plays music around the circle throughout the day that gives it a nice ambiance. I would suggest creating a mirrored outside seating area for those of us who are guests and not members of the club.

As it is a private club - accepting overnight reservations from non-members, I would have liked to know what areas of the hotel were open to non-member guests, just to ensure I wasn't being rude - going places reserved for members.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Value.

Parking appeared challenging at first but valet was reasonably priced.

it’s directly on the circle, I wouldn’t suggest driving, due to no parking.

Fantastic spot downtown, incredible aesthetics in the lobby, comfy room and a huge shower. Lots of amenities for being an inexpensive place compared to everywhere else.
