The suite was very comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. The kitchenette even had a full size fridge. The bathroom was modern with a very nice walk-in shower The breakfast was great: standard hot and cold breakfast options, but everything was tasty!

Parking was very expensive with no in/out privileges, so we were only at the hotel for one night and ended up paying $52 for parking! The price for our room seemed inflated due to an event going on downtown (which we were not aware of prior to our stay). I think this is typical, but it still felt like we didn't get the best value

The greeter whom directed us to self parking was very polite then once parked we ran into him again and since our room was in the process to be ready he secured our luggage so we could retire in the amazing bar/grill/cuisine lounge on the bottom floor. Very short wait time for room to be ready and we appreciate the hospitality and readiness to accommodate our wants and exceeding our expectations for a leisure one night stay! Thank you.

The lady at the front desk was very indifferent not approachable and when I initiated conversation with her to discuss access to a lounge area while waiting she rolled her eyes and huffed saying wait one minute, then the delightful young bearded red haired man came along and helped us which made her uneasy behavior towards guests was drowned out as long as she doesn’t have to be bothered by an actual guest other than typing looking down and answering the phone.

I liked the big, spacious room. It had everything one needed (I was not expecting a mini-kitchen to be there...) The bathroom was big and clean. There was an iron in the room, which was a plus! The location is great. Walking distance from everything. Also, the airport is not very far. (I added some pics, but did not realize how bad they were when I took them. But you get the idea about how big the room was :) )

I think that the breakfast could have been better. There were no vegetables (maybe that is a US thing) and the food was the same every day, not much variety.

I love the location, just across the Gainbridge fieldhouse, home of the Pacers. Also, the hotel is conveniently located in downtown area, walking distance to many restaurants and monument circle, and the Circle City mall is just next block where there is a skywalk to the convention center. The hotel room is big, it has kitchen and appliances needed for your stay. Breakfast is good, but it's the same for all the 6days I stayed in Hyatt house.

The hotel was very nice. the rooms were modern and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. For the most part, the staff was very kind and helpful.

We had issues with the valet. One of the times that we tried to leave, I texted the number and it responded that we had already used the number or picked up the vehicle and so I couldn’t request it in advance. When it was time for us to leave the hotel for good, the text ahead number worked. we got down 20 minutes later and the worker was standing at his desk and our car was not out front. Still needed to ask him to go get it. when he arrived with our car, the driver’s side window was rolled down and our car reeked of weed. I really wish that we hadn’t wasted our time and money messing with the valet.

This property is right across the street from the arena where the Pacers play. There are numerous bars, restaurants, and shopping opportunities within easy walking distance. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The bar is cozy and the food on the menu allows for a nice variety.

When we came down for breakfast at 8:30 a.m., which is served until 9 a.m. on weekdays, the basic offering of scrambled eggs was empty. We overheard the breakfast staff state that they were on overtime and weren't going to put any more of the scrambled eggs out. Several more guests came down but no more eggs were cooked.

We liked the room, it was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good, me and my wife really enjoyed our stay

Didn't like the parking garage, my truck got broke in to and all my tools was stolen, that was the whole reason for me paying for parking in the garage because we thought it was safe and we thought there was security that patrolled the garage all through the night, but i found out they don't, I was told by one of the staffs on the last day of my stay that there is break in's and car theft all the time there, but as for my stay at the hotel we loved it.

Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Location was perfect since the venue was right in front of the hotel. The front desk personnel exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a good experience.

I can't think of anything. If I have to say something I may have liked a change on the breakfast menu, not because it was bad or anything but because for people who stay more than two days it may get old.

The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out! Great decor and the bar area is exceptional! Staff was eager and pleasant throughout our whole stay! The rooms were perfect, large enough, bathrooms were modern, great tv clarity, lighting was excellent, and the beds were dreamy! Honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The hotel was one of the cleanest hotels/places I’ve ever visited! Location to everything in walking distance!

Nothing! Perfect!

I loved everything about the hotel. Clean, friendly staff, so close to everything. We have 3 kids that range from 3-10 and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The only thing I didn't like was the loud cars racing down the street in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault but something to remember. If we come back I will try and request the other side of the hotel (not the fieldhouse stadium side)
