I found myself in a situation that any provider dreads. Not having a place for my family to stay. Had to leave our first hotel (other hotel chain) do to the conditions of their facilities and due to the high demand was difficult to find accommodations. Lucky I was able to get a room and the staff was very empathetic and friendly. After the day I had it was all I needed. Safety and security for my loved k es.

Love at check in was an absolute doll. She was so sweet and helpful. Chasity at check out was super helpfula nd patient when we forgot something in the room and had already checked out! We loved the matresses. They were wonderful, 2 middle aged moms REALLY apprwciste matresses that don't hurt our backs and plenty of pillows. We wished he could have lingered longer relaxing in the clean sheets, washed duvets.

The towels were well sanitized. So much so one started to rip when i put it around to dry my back! Oops! A great addismtion to the rooms would be a white noise machine or a fan, i always forget it when traveling, especially last minute

Rachel made me and my husband’s check in very simple and easy and her attitude was awesome! Thank you Rachel we need more pple like you!

The fact that there’s sign’s everywhere saying no pets allowed but as soon as me and my husband entered the building one of the male staffs let there very large dog run up on us and was not quick abt calling the dog off of us. He simply took his time addressing the dog.

Front lady gladly hustled for me to catch a shuttle to the airport.

Coffee pots becomes empty quickly in the morning. And you need to wait patiently until it gets filled up.

Everyone was very helpful w/ but we really had no problems. I wish there was a breakfast bar on first floor but didn’t see any. That would be helpful. 😊

The rooms were nice, very clean. Staff was polite.

The breakfast was terrible. Not many drink choices had to ask for drinks. Coffee was far away from the breakfast bar. The food was bland.

Very large room with a large bathroom. Well decorated. Very clean. Very good value. The staff was excellent.... very friendly and very helpful.

Both elevators were out of service while we were there. The third floor ice machine wasn't making ice .

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttles were timely and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The price was more than fair for such a nice establishment.

I have no complaints about this hotel, it was great.

The gentleman that checked us in was respectful and informative.

It is called the airport location but it still takes 15-20 to get to the airport.

It is not the most porch hotel on this planet, but it is ok for a short stay if you are on go

It is ok for its peice, nothing to complain about
