I was only at the location for about 12 hours. Location was convenient. Restaurants and a gas station/convenience store very close. The bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Friendly staff. Dog friendly and even friendly tenants and comfortable over all experience was surprisingly good. If I was to travel in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Bathroom was a little dirty. If I had to not pick, the free coffee wasn’t great.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was great and spacious so we could get a good night's rest. The hotel is close to Jimmy John's and Waffle House, so we had good eating options.

The shuttle runs from 4:30 am to 11:30 pm, we needed the shuttle for 4 am but they couldn't accomodate the shuttle to run at that time. In addition, the hotel also charges you $10 for the shuttle, we stayed at another Red Roof Inn at Miami and it was completely free.

I really liked the reception staff. They were helpful and polite. I needed to deepfreeze something and they provided space in their deepfreezer. Coffee maker and microwave in the room. Coffee was offered in the lobby (selfservice machine)also. Shuttle bus service (10USD)

A freezer compartement with a small variety of deepfrozen"healthy" meals would have been nice. The filling station nearby had not much to offer. Waffle House(next door) was not good. A pub serving meals is across from the hotel. One has to cross the 6 lane road to get to it.

Room was comfortable and location was good. Had business conference in downtown. Everything near the downtown was either booked or way too expensive. This worked out quite nicely. I didn't rent a car but Lyft was easily accessible.

Compared to other Red Roof Inns we have stayed in, this one was above standard with cleanliness and an attentive staff who was friendly and accommodating to a couple of needs I had. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

There are some updates needed to the property but it looks like they are working on it. The parking lot is quite small. Not much they can do about that.

Loved the room set up, it was great.

The bed could have been softer but that's ok. It was better for my back. Would have been nice if we could have opened the window and let in fresh air, but there was something blocking us from opening the window.

It was pretty quiet and the beds were clean. I slept well. The price was reasonable for an airport hotel. I'd stay again.

The airport shuttle was $10, but that wasn't clear to me at booking. I would have preferred to just take an Uber there.

The owner's and manager's here are the BEST! They will do everything to make sure you're comfortable happy and overall safe. As a solo female traveler, these are all very important. This location Red Roof Inn, is my go to when in town due to I know I am safe here. The rooms are always spacious and clean. Very comfortable. The TV had plenty of channels to pick from, not an important factor for me but might be for some. The fridge and microwave work. Not 1 complaint.
