I really liked the reception staff. They were helpful and polite. I needed to deepfreeze something and they provided space in their deepfreezer. Coffee maker and microwave in the room. Coffee was offered in the lobby (selfservice machine)also. Shuttle bus service (10USD)

A freezer compartement with a small variety of deepfrozen"healthy" meals would have been nice. The filling station nearby had not much to offer. Waffle House(next door) was not good. A pub serving meals is across from the hotel. One has to cross the 6 lane road to get to it.

Compared to other Red Roof Inns we have stayed in, this one was above standard with cleanliness and an attentive staff who was friendly and accommodating to a couple of needs I had. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

There are some updates needed to the property but it looks like they are working on it. The parking lot is quite small. Not much they can do about that.

The owner's and manager's here are the BEST! They will do everything to make sure you're comfortable happy and overall safe. As a solo female traveler, these are all very important. This location Red Roof Inn, is my go to when in town due to I know I am safe here. The rooms are always spacious and clean. Very comfortable. The TV had plenty of channels to pick from, not an important factor for me but might be for some. The fridge and microwave work. Not 1 complaint.

I absolutely LOVED the staff! 10/10 highly recommended solely because of the amazing customer service I was given. rooms are a little dated but it’s worth the money!

only down side for me was how thin the floors/walls were. my neighbors above me made a lot of noise every single day I was there, sounded as if he was running marathon in there. thankfully it wasn’t all night, but it still a little frustrating.

I liked the drivers who took me to and from the airport.

The one room light that kept coming on when you walked across the room. And the dispensers in the shower didn't really work.

The location was perfect. I was near shopping, eateries, gas stations and within 20 minutes of other areas of the city. The rooms are modern clean, refrigerator, microwave. It was a great stay.

The room next door was loud and the people above me was loud.

This stay was excellent as the staff was extremely attentive! They always offered room service and ensured that their guests felt welcomed. Everything was clean and well put together. For the price, this was a top tier choice. I have no complaints!

The location was very convenient. I had left a cash deposit when I checked in and actually forgot to pick up the deposit. When I realized it a couple of days later I called the property and they said they would check into it. I was traveling back for Indiana so I stopped by to check out the situation and I was refunded my money with no problem. The staff is excellent and the communication is very good.

I liked the quick check-in and the friendly staff,I was impressed by how quiet it was allowing me to be well rested the next day I will be rebooking soon!

Value until they don't want to return to the $100 deposit that you have to pay one night per hour deposit supposed to be yet 100% refundable but not for two or three months. Other than that it was a nice clean place to stay for the night.

It's on waiting for a minute to return deposit.
