Rooms are comfortable and spacious for our needs. Breakfast was enough. Once the pool got open, it was really nice. Desk people were friendly. P

I didn't get a gift bag when I left. I saw others got one. Also for the first couple of days, the pool was broken so I had to pay for entertainment for the kids that the pool would have provided. Parking was very expensive. I'm sorry. We are not rich. 48 dollars for 3 days.

Breakfast was basic & fresh. Dining Room was part of the Reception area, and was very neat. The gym had all the required equipment, a swimming pool, and laundry facilities.

The inspection certificates displayed in the elevators, were both outdated. After the cleaning of the rooms, it was observed that there is a trail of trash (collected from the rooms?) left strewn in the corridors.

Great location. Walked to many downtown attractions Don’t miss East Market District! It’s the opposite direction from downtown and had awesome food and beverage options!

Parking was squirrelly. Had to pay separately and on an app. Overflow parking was confusing and across the street behind a building somewhere. Desk people were dismissive of our confusion because the location was obvious to them….

This may seem silly to some people, but the extra lock on the door was missing, so I felt a little uneasy sleeping. Also, the big lamp in the room didn't work, so the lighting was a little dim. When booking it said free parking however when you arrive you have to pay for parking. The on-site lot is very small, and the overflow lot is across the street.

Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and good. House keeping was good. Proximity to where I needed was good. Check in and check out was an easy process.

The price for the location wasn’t the best. Neighborhood is pretty ran down. And the lack of parking wasn’t awesome either. 16 a day on top of the room rate is steep.

The breakfast was very good and above other places I've stayed. The room was clean and the pool was also very nice. There was plenty of pillows in the room too!

If I pay a good amount to stay in a hotel room, I don't expect to have to pay for parking. I was very disappointed having to pay $16 to park somewhere I already paid to stay at. I was told I could park on the street, but there weren't any available. I've never had to pay for parking in all the hotels I've stayed with.

The room and hotel as a whole was very clean. The staff was very accommodating as well with our requests and questions.

Only thing I could add here is maybe parking as it has a small lot on site and another larger lot across the street. But, it really was not an issue at all getting back to the hotel between 11pm to midnight and finding a parking spot in the lot across the street. The car was safe and the walk is very short to the lobby. The location was great and I would happily book here again.

I loved the brightness and joy upon entering the building. Its festive. The staff were very nice. Genuine people. The rooms are lovely. Spacious and comfy. Loved the shower amenities. Great idea. View was fantastic.

Breakfast was the f'ing worst. Everything was bland and could not be saved with any seasoning. No variety. Not decent hot food. No decent cold food. No decent fruit varieties. Even the waffles turn out bad. No oatmeal. Grits were terrible. Just throw the entire kitchen in the trash. Also, didn't like the openness of seating. To close to the front door and I shouldn't have to cross up people entering the building to check in for me to sit down. Thats bad. Public entering with fresh germs on breakfast. Unsanitary.

 The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot breakfast could’ve been better.

housekeeping. They were knocking at the door around 9:30 in the morning check out was not until 12 stop disturbing peoples sleep.

Room was huge. Great location. Pool was great when it got open. Breakfast was enough.

You had to pay for parking. That was a bill not accounted for. We stayed 3 days it was like 50 dollars.
