Location was great. We were here for a convention and the center was just around the corner. We were able to park our van and walk pretty much anywhere we needed to go. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was a suite and was plenty big for the 5 of us to not feel on top of each other.

The noise from outside. This isn’t really a fault of the hotel but we were in a corner room that was at the intersection of the main non toll bridge onto downtown. They do supply complementary ear plugs for light sleepers though. Also I felt the $20 a day parking was a bit excessive when I was already paying $900 for a 4 day stay. This is probably a norm in the industry that we are not used to as we generally don’t stay in downtown areas when traveling but it just seemed a bit much to pay $80 for parking after already paying for the room.

The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room had an nice view and was quiet.

The Courtyard entrance was located on a busy street. There were several entrances in that small area and it was difficult to see where to turn in. we had to drive around the block several times. Another couple had the same experience. There is a painted sign above the entrance but it is very faded and I didn’t actually see it until the next day, there was a sign on the ground but but it was obscured by three trash cans. If maintenance would just repaint the sign with a bright color the problem could be eliminated.

location is amazing!! walking distance to the Louisville comedy club and O’Shaes. Amazing shower. Excellent water pressure. Beds were comfortable and LOVE that they have full pillows instead of the little square ones. All the staff was amazing and very very helpful. very clean and sanitized. even the remote was bagged. the reading chair in room was very comfortable too. the hotel smelled amazing

you pay for parking. BUT it’s convenient to everything and if you traveled anywhere, you’d have to pay for public parking anyways.

Very friendly staff and attentive. Clean and comfortable room. Reasonable price for the location.

Was craving a coffee, and their Starbucks bar was not open contrary to the sign’s hours of operations. My suspicion is covid changed this; so, I wasn’t extremely disappointed. Aldi, because of the one way streets, it was hard to cross traffic to enter the parking garage. Once again, not really something they can control.

A great location with many restaurants around. Also good walking distance from places to visit! The staff was super friendly every time!

There aren’t more food options for lunch and can’t get coffee throughout the day. I had to wait for breakfast hours or lunch hours for just a good coffee.

The fact the room was clean.

The miscommunication between their staff when it came down to booking my room and marking down a no-show do to the miscommunication of one of their staff members and still charging me as if it was my fault. And the wifi kept cutting out.

The Staff! The location and The bed was very comfortable.

No microwave in room. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers hard to read. The bar soap they provided was tiny. Lots of traffic noise… And I wish they provided breakfast.

The location (for the KFC YUM center) was perfect, the balcony was nice to have but very tiny, the 20 dollar parking for a day was good. Was great to be able to walk over to the KFC center for a concert!

The teeny tiny pullout bed in the chair was not comfortable or big enough at all. It was awful but maybe would be okay for a very small child. Indoor pool was too cold to get in and disappointing. Microwave was in lobby and there was not one in our room.

Location was great, and facility was exceptionally clean. Facility was also close to eateries and local entertainment. Convention center is right across the street, and hotel is close to major highways.

Pricing was high for breakfast and dinner in hotel ($190 for 3 people in 2 days) and could be expensive for families with children. Also we had to pay for parking (but there was no limit on going and coming). No microwave in room.

The staff was very nice, and the location is excellent.

I was in town for a sporting event for my daughter, and the rates were elevated. I know it happens, I know why it happens, but I still get upset paying $240 for a $120 room
