Loved the location! Came into for a concert at The Yum Center. Easy and safe walk to the venue and restaurants. When we checked in the young woman was so nice. Another lady who worked there gave us a great recommendation for a favorite restaurant. Delicious and great atmosphere, and an easy walk to get there. The breakfast was really good. A great assortment to choose from. The ladies who were working for breakfast were very friendly. All of that matters so much. It made our trip extra fun, to be around upbeat people who seemed happy at their jobs. I will definitely book a room there again. I will look forward to coming to Louisville and staying at The Fairfield again

Desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and rooms were cozy and clean.

Had two employees try to enter our room the morning before we checked out. One man wearing a polo and holding a clipboard. Another man appeared to be cleaning staff. Seemed very odd they tried to enter our room, and kept trying to open the door even after several failed attempts. Thankfully we locked our room which prevented them from entering while we were getting dressed, but it was definitely concerning having people attempt to enter and continuing to attempt to enter until we approached them and made our presence known.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in downtown Louisville, within decent walking distance to many restaurants. My daughter and I both felt safe at this hotel. I booked the hotel last-minute and it was priced very reasonably compared to others in the area.

I hate paying for parking when I'm already paying for the room, but it was convenient and safe.

It was walking distance to a lot of attractions, Louisville Slugger museum, minor league baseball field and Big Four walking Bridge.

All was good, but wasn’t told at check-in that rooms were cleaned every other day. Not a deal breaker!!! Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is having to pay to park car.

It was close to every place I visited. It was clean and quiet

Pool wasn’t 24 hours like some places I’ve visited. Late pool hours are usually good times because no children are playing in pool. Housekeeping never came for more towels or to have trash removed

Clean, very well located within walking distance to. MANY of the sights: the Louisville Slugger Museum, the Mohammed Ali Museum, numerous distilleries and many restaurants. Also had free covered parking

Though working hard, the gals preparing breakfast had trouble keeping up with stocking sausage, or potatoes, and supplies of paper plates and bowls

I liked the availability of parking. Breakfast was decent. The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly. I liked the location of the hotel. We were able to walk to multiple outings. I liked the price.

I wish I could have opened the window in the room. The room was stuffy and could have really used it. I I didn't like having to pay for parking. I didn't like the texture of the eggs.

Close to the hospital where I needed to be. Nice toiletries with plenty of towels. I needed to cancel the last night and they were very accommodating. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing

Parking was almost non existant even with a parking garage.

The staff was exceptional. Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. Attached parking was a big plus, and cheaper than we expected.

We had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. The 2nd room had no hair dryer, and we were charged more for that room.

Parking in the deck:: kinda pricey (your're already paying enough for a room,, why pay to park)?! A tad confusing coming in from parking deck into the other hotel that it's attached to (name escapes me) Breakfast selection...fair (coffee cups too small and not located with the food) We were in a room, a nice room but,,,the bed was WAY TO CLOSE to the wall and air conditioning unit. Hard to move in and out of bed if your're sleeping on the left side, a And the shower...you need to install slip/grip strips in the shower...very slick and a fall hazzard!
