The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very nice. There is very little parking on site, but there is a garage around the corner at the YMCA that you can park in. They validate the parking for the YMCA and just charge you the $20 a nightso you don’t pay twice. One of the main fun spots in Louisville is fourth Street live and we were very close to that location, even if what you consider walking distance is very short like me. You can also walk to other things in downtown like the bourbon District, it’s a bit of a farther walk, but totally doable. But if you prefer not to walk that far, there are electric scooters everywhere.

The only downside is that the walls are kind of paper thin, not very soundproof. I have to use earplugs when I sleep because my husband snores anyway, but if it wasn’t for that, I think I would have had trouble falling asleep with the noise. It’s not necessarily noisy. You can just hear people chatting in the hallway.

They were easy to get to and so friendly. Miss Wanda was very nice and we had a lovely conversation. Robert took great care of making sure your food was just right. Checking out, Jay was helpful, answered a few questions and just fun to talk to. I’d recommend checking out this hotel. I had to be close to the hospital and it was easy to walk to. Even though I had to come for a very sad reason, the staff was very supportive. My room was clean and perfect for my short stay. I’ve stayed in other hotels. Cost might have been a little higher than other hotels in the area. I was just happy I was within a quick walking distance from the hospital. Thank you!

I wish parking was a little less expensive. However, this is a city and it’s downtown.

The room was very clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I was able to order a food delivery to the hotel (doordash) late at night with no issues at all.

I wish there was a lobby area where you could sit and work outside of your hotel room. The area was pretty rough, but obviously the hotel can't control that. One of the glass panes to the resturant was shattered (assumed it was some kind of vandalism) so that made us a little uneasy, but once we were inside we felt safe. The front desk buzzes you in and then you can only enter with your hotel key.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, close to all downtown attractions. The room and bathroom was clean, comfortable, and just wonderful. Great bed and linens, nice and quiet. We got a great night's sleep. It's a great value for a downtown hotel.

Paying extra for parking, but we expected this from other reviews. Luckily there was ample space just behind the building.

Comfortable, clean and had good facilities (decent gym, laundry and fresh cold water bubblers). Breakfast restaurant was also decent with lovely service.

Isn’t in the nicest location and not much nearby. You’ll want to stay inside especially at night but that’s probably standard for most hotels in downtown Louisville.

A nice clean modern hotel within walking distance of the core downtown area of Louisville which is also affordable. We only stayed the one night, but we have no complaints about our stay and we were able to get a late checkout which allowed us to explore a bit more of the downtown and distilleries before we had to leave.

The room was small but very comfortable. Very nice and clean. Loved the decor and the shower was wonderful!

Very small parking lot with a $16 charge and a $100 deposit that were not included in the quote on booking. We were there due to surgery the next morning. The unexpected charges were not okay. Luckily, other family was there to help out with it.

.The staff was very courteous, very clean in all areas. So convenient to the university of physicians center which was our destination. Love having the restaurant and bar onsite.on- The gentleman in the restaurant was amazing. Probably the best burger I have ever eaten!!! The bar was nice, bar tender very sweet and kind.. check in was a breeze! Kudos to this property!!

Not necessarily a negative just an opinion---I had just wished, we could have had a drink during dinner with our meal,it would bring more people to the restaurant. We were the only ones in the restaurant, or possibly advertise outside the hotel to bring others in because the food was truly good!. Especially the businesses around the hotel...some lunch crowd..But we ate and then went to the bar for after dinner drink to complete our evening.

The rooms are nice. The hotel is close to all restaurants and bars. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The only thing is the parking. They charge me for parking even tho we didn't park in their parking lot. But they refunded for all the nights we stayed.

The room was clean the bed was soft it felt like sleeping on clouds it had a wonderful view of downtown to facilities in the room was excellent

The only only issue I had is my room only had decaf coffee wish it would have had regular coffee instead
