Are room had an amazing view. Ontop the view the location was so great. Beings we had to use a parking garage. We were able to leave our car park the whole time, because everything was so close we could just walk. The other thing that was great was the Skywalk to the Louisville convention center. We came into town for unicorn world, which was at the convention center. We also went to the ballet, which we just got an Uber for that. So, I didn't halfa spend any extra money on parking beings. Louisville charges for parking for most places you park within the downtown area. The room was super clean. They give us access to the M club, which provided all the drinks we needed. as well as breakfast from 6-11 and 5-8 appetizers like chicken wings & other finger foods. Just amazing hotel all around. Literally, everything you need is within walking distance or inside the hotel itself. Yeah, it was close to 400 for two nights, but it was totally worth it. We will definitely be staying here again! I loved the complimentary espresso machine instead of the M club.

The parking garage was pretty high 40 dollars a day, which is kinda high. Luckily, we were able to use Spot hero for parking. The only thing there is no way to scan the app. So vallet had to walk down and confirm it. The other thing was that it's such a large hotle kinda took a while for the pack in play to be brought up. They don't allow you to ask the front deck for something & you take it yourself like blankets. But that was no big deal. Just took a while to get it up to our room, but no worries. Not that we didn't like it, just kinda inconvenience, especially since the baby was ready to go to bed.

Room was beautiful and comfy, although the temperature didn't seem to change no matter what we set the thermostat to! Second floor was very comfortable. Location was excellent for the convention center and nearby restaurants.

Youth group that came in our last day literally took over the entire second floor and piled food and drinks on all the tables. That eliminated space for work or meetings. That should not happen at a business hotel.

I enjoyed the location and I liked how in the lobby..there was free complimentary coffee. You guys should advertise that on your website. The pool was a decent size... and my daughter really enjoyed the yoga yoga studio with the ballet bar. We were there for a Dance convention so that particular room came in very handy for her to warm up in. The people behind the desk are friendly and helpful. I did enjoy the Starbucks in The Porch Restaurant being there on site. The hotel itself is very clean. I also enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers in the shower.

I didn't like that we were supposed to be charged $20 for complimentary parking since we were at the Dance convention and y'all ended up charging us the whole amount and didn't take it upon yourself to fix it. You told us to call accounting and they will take care of it but that is such an inconvenience to the customer. I didn't like the sink in the bathroom. It was flat and the water didn't drain properly... the shower kind of puddled as well... other than that than that, we had a very pleasurable experience.

The staff was beyond amazing! I have travelled a lot for work and have never experienced this level of hospitality even at 5-star resorts. If I travel back to Louisville, I will be staying here again! Hotel was clean, WiFi was great, the restaurant was top notch!

The only thing I didn't love is that the hotel is near the downtown Police station so there are a lot of sirens. If you are not from a large city, you'll notice.

The interior has been upgraded to a much more modern feel! Extra amenities have been provided, and the overall atmosphere is clean. The staff is very friendly, and there's a bonus with the excellent restaurant and bar! So no need to leave the hotel!

extremely clean and comfortable, we have stat here before and loved the bed, the bedding and mattress is extremely comfortable, we stayed to make our final decision on purchasing the bed set. it’s a done deal!

Beautiful hotel. The music, atmosphere, bar and Porch restaurant was 5 star. You feel great being there. The rooms are well designed and beds are sooo comfortable. I love this place

The manager on nights was the one we me originally and he was literally the BEST. Extremely accommodating, took the time to understand and help us out navigating a few hiccups. We had the wrong room upon checkin and because it was 5Am and we had competition at 12 he literally had a roll away bed (that literally was almost the size of a full and was so comfortable for my kids it fit 3 of them!) He even carried out pizza order up one night because my 4 year old was not feeling well and wanted to be carried by mommy. The manager on days was very accommodating as well. Booking.com didn’t put the late check out on our booking and she changed our checkout time to 2 with no extra charge. extremely helpful since we had a ton of stuff for a cheer comp and had two hotel rooms full of girls! Multiple places to have a nice drink! pool was very nice! we will definitely stay here a few times a year from now on. my family lives there and normally me and my husband pile up with our children at families house uncomfortably…. so now me and my husband will break away for the week or long weekends and let our kids stay with family and that way we can also have some leisure. it’s worth every penny! every single penny! paying for hospitality and comfort is something I will always splurge on, whoever is doing the training here, they have got it out of the park. I’ve stayed many places all over the country and never had such a great experience with staff. down to the valet and the bell hops. They were worth every tip and more!!!

Just a few minor hiccups, but management really put anything small or negative. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was pricey, and because of Covid they do not have room service. however, the night team went as far as showing me how to get medicine deliverered to us quick when my 4 year old had an unexpected UTI. Which was extremely painful, and they made sure we could get all the right meds and stuff at 2am without leaving ever leaving the hotel.

A BIG reason we booked this particular hotel was so that we did not have to deal with difficult downtown parking. However the parking garage was severely deficient for the number of people staying at the hotel and I even had to drive to the Hilton next-door and pay an additional parking fee for one night because there were so many cars parked on the entrance and exit ramps of the Marriott parking deck because there was no available parking.
