The hotel was centrally located to the Mega Caves, KY Kingdom and restaurants. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and roomy, and the beds were comfortable, including the pull out bed. The full size refrigerator and a dishwasher were a plus.

The shower was very slippery. It felt unsafe. My mother broke her hip in a hotel shower because the shower was slippery. A bath mat would be helpful. The bathroom sink area needs a door for privacy. It is not a very good design. My husband and I were there with our two 15 yr old grand sons. A door in that area would have been very helpful.

This hotel is very very nice. We stayed as a family a 5, my husband and three kids and we had a wonderful time. I will say the pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel but was clean and warm. A very nice outdoor area right behind the pool and a sports court my kids loved to walk around on the fake grass. The breakfast was very good! The soaps and shampoos inside the hotel room were awesome too, usually hotel soaps leave my hair feel like it has some sort of residue but these weee very nice and made me feel very clean.

My only complaint is in the hotel rooms where the carpet met the hard tile floor if you stepped right there in certain spots you would get poked with something sharp. I’m thinking it had to be carpet staples but my kids and I both stepped on them a few times and it hurt. We ended up laying a towel over the high traffic area so it didn’t happen again.

Beautiful, brand new hotel right across from the Louisville football stadium. Clean, comfortable, a great breakfast, and a very reasonable price. Really enjoyed it

We were given the wrong room upon arrival. The staff were helpful and fixed this quickly, but we were told a reservation through booking.com “only guarantees you a room, not which room”. I found that a little odd. My 8 month pregnant wife and I intentionally reserved a King room so we could sleep together comfortably, and we had originally been given a suite with two doubles

Everything. Absolutely everything - where do I start? Right from the entrance, the lobby is amazing, everything looks so plush, brand new, put together with such great precision, color-wise, just aesthetically stunning. Breakfast area was airy, bright, and the spread was, wow - super fresh, great design, and just looked like the most inviting breakfast ever. Don’t miss the breakfast, you have to try it!!! The hotel just opened a month plus ago, so it still smells brand new; they have a 24-hr pantry which has snacks/drinks, and the hotel is just a few mins away from the airport, so it’s perfect if you’re flying out. The room was wowwwww. Just everything was superb - the color palette, the sofas, bed and furniture - everything was picked with comfort and overall look in mind. TV had a small channel selection though, but apart from that, everything was perfect. Towels were fresh, bathroom was plush, sofa was super comfy, the kitchen area was fully equipped with everything you’d need if you were staying longer than a few days - big fridge, microwave and lots of tea/coffee available. The desk area was great for work and loved the sofa for just chilling and watching TV. I would come to Louisville just to stay here!!! 😁

The rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities and outdoor pool were great! I accidentally booked the wrong date and the staff were amazing and accommodating to help switch the date, honoring the rate I got on booking.com. The location is perfect if you're going to an event at the convention center.

No restaurants anywhere close, but there were plenty within a short drive.

* Lighting - The room was very well lit, but it was hard to find a comfortable position to use the computer without glare * Breakfast was really good on the last day of our stay - please have scrambled eggs every day (if supply chain issues permit).

The property is new and every inch feels like it. The property is tastefully decorated. Breakfast is good. Every associate was polite and smiling. Property is across from UOL Football and Baseball Stadium, near Kentucky Kingdom, Churchill Downs and Cracker Barrel.

You will hear planes heading in for a landing at airport (hence airport in name). One thing I would recommend, place something to block bathroom lights from bedroom.

The room was very roomy and it was easy to control the temp. It was also so nice that there wasn't a bunch of disposable plates etc. at breakfast. And there were recycling bins.

The breakfast service ran out of food. The people working just stared at you when you asked a question. There was no effort to stock any more food after 8:30. My husband is allergic to meat and no one could answer if there was meat in the omelet. Or would. They just stared at him.

The hotel was amazing! Spacious, clean, beautiful, the outdoor area with pool and grills and horse shoe was amazing! The pool was warm and perfect! I loved our suite it fit our family of 5 perfectly. Comfy beds. I love the full size hygiene bottles!! It was the perfect location everything we needed was within 2 miles. Even Kentucky kingdom!!!! It was the best stay! Thank you Hilton!!

There isn't a thing to complain about at all!

Breakfast was good. Felt like eggs should have been served every day along with whatever else is served. Ex: one day it was biscuits and gravy and sausage. For those who want to eat a little healthier, eggs could have been an option as well. All of the food was good though.

The pool could have been a little cleaner. It looked greenish and could have been more clear looking. Kids still had a great time swimming.
