Very nice hotel, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean, good breakfast, close to the airport, lots of on-site parking, close to food places, close to downtown.

Everything is great with this hotel except for the airport noise. The hotel sits under the flight path of aircraft landing at the Louisville Airport. The first night I was there the noise from the aircraft was only occasional and brief. The second night was awful due to a storm in the area. Flights must have been delayed landing because they started at 11:00 PM and landed every 5 minutes until 1:30 AM. This is not a great hotel if you are a light sleeper like me.

Nice location... very clean... great front desk employees...very comfortable. Our beds are comfortable... even the sofa bed! My daughter didn't mind it at all. It looked like it was brand new and never even used. Breakfast was pretty good... the usual. Breakfast attendants were helpful and kept everything stocked! They had a dinner available on Wed night (I guess it's Mon thru Wed)...sloppy joe and macaroni salad. It's a nice touch to have available after a long drive! Our room was very clean and neat. Loved all the items available in our kitchen. I loved having the full fridge with an ice maker in the freezer. It was so helpful being there for a 3 day volleyball tournament!! This hotel is directly across from gate 3 of the convention center but you can't enter thru gate 3 so it's not exactly walkable. However gate 2 is within feet of the exit of our hotel. It took us about 4 mins to get in and parked. Our favorite stay of our club season was here. I would recommend!

Very close to the airport. Didn't bother us but may bother others. Wed night I think was the busiest night for planes landing. It could get pretty loud at times but we slept great still. Thurs, Fri, Sat we didn't hear much. Wish they also had a shuttle to the convention center. That would have been amazing and very very helpful. I noticed the 2 hotels near them had one and it was running back and forth to the convention center all day. Overall it wasn't a bad drive over but parking can get pretty full if it's raining, it would have been nice to have been dropped off at the front door!

Breakfast was decent but could have used a refresh/reservice as there were only remnants available when I got there 75 minutes before the end time. Each of the major items (eggs, potatoes, sausage) were NOT fully stocked.

See ‘breakfast refresh’ comments above. Also, carry out coffee cups are so thin I had to put them down TWICE before I could carry them to my room. How about a LITTLE MORE THICKNESS!! Don’t be so cheap! Starbucks provides sleeves that are appreciated. Not having a covered area makes loading/unloading your vehicle problematic and exposed to rain.

Very clean and very large room as I choose the king suite. Did not use the kitchen but was impressed at its size and amenities. Lobby was nice and hot breakfast were better than most. Close to local attractions.

Spotted a bug in the room first night which freaked me out but he didn’t take up much space at least. Parking lot fairly small not much extra space if you get back in late. Area not so many food offerings just typical fast food.

Facility is great, good cleanliness Good value for money Breakfast was good.

The receptionist could make an effort to go the extra mile, be more empathetic. Case: On the 1st of Jan. a mother with a child came down late for breakfast, and the kitchen was closed. The receptionist only confirmed that breakfast was closed, but someone from the kitchen made an effort to whip up something. Probably breakfast could be extended a bit longer, or at least for post-holidays, as people may wake up late.

I was a very late arrival, thanks to an accident on the highway. The front desk worker was very attentive and an overall joy to work with and talk to after a long and tiring trip. The room completely surpassed all of my expectations. I didn't expect it to basically be an apartment. I will definitely be recommending Staybridge to all friends and coworkers for future stays. I will also be returning for future stays.

I can't think of one thing I did not enjoy about this hotel.

The accommodations were roomy and comfortable. There was room to spread out. We were put in a handicap accessible room, but not sure why so our accommodations might look different than other rooms. The facility was very clean and the lobby spacious.

The hotel is directly in the flight path of the airport. This was not a concern for me but could be if you are a light sleeper. There were earplugs available to pick up in the lobby for this very reason. There is NO shuttle at the hotel to the airport, which I thought I read on a site. Unfortunately it appears I misread the information - not a fault of the hotel, but a mistake on my part.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! We had issues where our reservation wasn’t found and they were able give us a room to accommodate us. The room was even at a lower rate which was wonderful. They were very professional and went the extra mile our whole weekend!

My only complaint was the beds were not comfortable however my arthritis is pretty severe so it is hard to find a good bed while traveling.

Shower didn't have a lip which allowed water to flow onto the bathroom floor. I understand the room was designed to be handicapped accessible, but water on the floor was a problem.

The front desk staff weren’t friendly. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt and he told me that since I booked through a third party that he wouldn’t give me one. I always book through a third party and this is the first time that I have been told that.
