room was great, bathroom was great, staff at check in were great. female breakfast server on Wednesday and Thursday was lovely. breakfast Weds/Thurs I was the only one in the restaurant as it was early so no issues,

Breakfast on Friday 16th was vile, cold and greasy, ordered poached eggs got fried eggs. Didn't send back as it was so busy. Large group of students who had prebooked breakfast obviously not enough kitchen staff as they were waiting for over an hour and I left before all had received their breakfast. Male server was rude

Location was great and very clean.

Bed was not very comfortable, walls are a bit thin on the 18th floor. We could hear other people’s tvs…conversations. Was woken up at 6:30 in the morning by our neighbor who was listening to a sermon or giving a sermon. Also have an extra charge for like $8 bucks. Not sure why?! We didn’t eat breakfast, nor buy anything at the hotel during our stay. Will be calling about it.

Rooms very clean and the pool was clean and warm. The staff was friendly and the restaurant quality was good as well.

Paid internet wi-fi was a big disappointment for our group - free at almost all other hotels in this quality and price range. We also had not tv the first night due to a remote with dead batteries. Day two the fro t desk sent a repair person who figured out the problem and we were all set.

Excellent place to stay. Extremely pleasant staff , surroundings and grounds was well kept. Food at the restaurant is great had dinner 2 nights in a row. Stayed here while we checked our girls into school. They were college freshman’s at LSU. Great stay, would stay here again.

Everything was really GREAT, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, and very RELAXING, the staff was beyond FRIENDLY really AWESOME, ACCOMMODATING, and welcoming, and helped me with anything that I needed help with if any.

my only ISSUE is it can get a bit pricey and EXPENSIVE as far as how much the rooms are. I can understand expensive but just a little bit less expensive would be better and reasonable. Also, I REALLY DIDNT like the fact that the rooms at the Marriott hotel DOES NOT offer SEPARATE LIVING ROOM AREAS of any kind, as far as it being separate from the bedroom I mean. It would be great if they offered that.

This hotel is excellent! This is the only place I stay when I come to Baton Rouge and this was my 4th stay. The staff is great, the room are large, the restaurant food is soo good and the drinks are great! I will never stay any where except the Baton Rouge Marriott.

The room was clean and kept clean. The restaurant and bar were very nice.

We asked for more towels that never came. The bartender at the bar was very lacking in his knowledge of the beers on tap.

I didn't like that you could see right thru those big windows in the rooms .. they really need to tent these windows it would keep it a lot cooler we had the ac on 67 and it was barley keeping up. Also on the south side of the building if this where my hotel I would keep up with that on look of the roof top view do some painting or some kind of Local art stuff.. and I would absolutely try to find a solution for better parking ...

Starting with you lovely young lady who works most nights with the amazing braids, she wears glasses, I did not catch her name, but what a wonderful asset to the Marriott. Everything was awesome! Loved the pool, comfy bed, shower was to die for!

I was put in a handicap room on the 3rd floor when I asked for city view. I was very specific. Why book this without a handicap in that room? Someone may really need it.
