I have to travel to BR a lot for work, and CHOOSE to stay here over more expensive hotels for several reasons. The rooms are comfy, large and clean, steamer always works well, the free breakfast is super tasty (eggs, sausage, bagels, lots of options!) most importantly, the staff is just great, the receptionists are so friendly, and always ready to help, I have been supplied with toothbrushes and various emergency items, and even gotten to borrow a phone charger overnight when I was in a real pinch. Above and beyond service. I will keep coming back!

Our son attends LSU and this spot is perfect to get to campus in a reasonable amount of time. I booked the room and neglected to add my wife to the reservation. The hotel could of denied her stay, but they went above and beyond to make sure she was added and had no issues during the stay. The staff is friendly and attends to anything needed.

There really isn't anything to dislike about this hotel. It has the pool, weightroom, and pool tables. It also has a self-service beverage/snack stand. They sell beer, seltzers and some wine, including sodas and an array or snacks.

The room was very clean, airy and comfortable. The breakfast was a good variety of foods, the area was constantly kept clean, the coffee was always fresh and hot, and the dining area was clean and spacious. The overall facility had a fresh, clean feel to it. I especially liked the flooring; no carpet!

The front desk clerk could've been a little more pleasant. Also, it took a month for me to get a refund from what should've only been a $50.00 hold on my card since I paid in advance. I had to call several times for the manager and asst. manager whom I had trouble contacting.

I'd never used this hotel chain before, and was so impressed. Our room actually had a shower stall with good footing and not slippery at all! Very cute design. Well implemented with lots of extra places to put things if desired. Extremely clean and one of the best breakfasts we had on our 3 week road trip. The people couldn't have been friendlier. I actually went and found the general manager to tell him how impressed we were.

We would have liked a way to turn off the lights over the bed (or a dimmer) without having to get up. No big deal at all, but food for thought.

Awesome breakfast, super clean everywhere, beautiful pool, fitness room with a few machines, food/snacks/drinks, two elevators so you're not waiting, fridge in room, built-in night light in bathroom, amazing water pressure in shower, comfy beds & pillows, quiet, restaurants you can walk to, close to highway, shampoo/conditioner in shower made my hair soooo soft, cool lobby/hangout space!

No microwave in room, only in lobby. Can hear highway noise (I wear ear plugs so it didn't bother me).

Perfect place for business trip. Simple, affordable, close to downtown, walking distance to different restaurants, bars and shop, parking included, friendly staff, breakfast included, new construction, modern lobby, they sell snacks, drinks and beer 24/7

The breakfast is pretty basic but won’t ask for much with their nightly fees, hotel is affordable but new

We got there a little late. The room we booked on booking. com was given to someone else. We requested a disability room with a walk in shower. The only reason that we ended with the disability room. Was another person let us have his room with a walk in shower. The person at the front desk did not help us at all. She was going to give us regular room. I also had a email showing that we had the disability room with a walk in shower. We showed the person at the front desk. She could have cared less

I love the comfort and the amenities of this hotel because you have everything you need. Snacks drinks which are very easily accessible as well as an amazing breakfast daily. The lobby in the rooms are designed with such great comfort and modern style. I slept wonderfully for two nights at this hotel.

I really can’t say anything at this point because I enjoyed all of it

I loved the professionalism of the staff. They were always willing to assist. We felt really comfortable and welcomed upon our arrival and throughout our stay. I loved seeing upper management and staff always collaborating and visible in a positive way.

My suggestion would be to add fresh fruit and milk varieties to the breakfast menu. Some people like almond milk, soy milk, etc. and I think having an option would make everyone feel included.

It was awesome, The staff answered any questions we had, were attentive to any need and were super friendly. The self service beer stand was great as well. The pool was also a perk.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing I would say was I wish the pool was vacuumed as some dust from the clothes dryer vents would get into the water. Other than that it was great.
