It was very clean and comfortable. Besides me being charged twice for my room, I loved the hotel and would stay again. The staff was helpful in the beginning.

I did not like the fact that the lady helping me charged my card for my room again, after it was already paid for. All she did was ask for my card. I was thinking she needed it to verify what card I used to pay for my room. Never said she was going to charge it or how much. I let them know the same day. They said they fixed it and I would have my money back right away. Which was not the case. I got the run arounds about it. One of the staff gave me 2 different stories. I did alot of work to get my money back and I believe the hotel should have done more on their end to have fixed the problem.

This hotel is exceptional clean... The staff is very friendly. I had an issue with the internet when I first arrived and the manager on staff at the time came to my room to resolve the issue. Breakfast bar was what to be expected but it was always fully stocked and clean.

I did not like the lighting in the room, there was not enough light. Also this hotel needs a pool, if it had a pool this would certainly be the hotel I would stay in when I come to Baton Rouge

We came in late to the city and found it very reasonable in price. Check in was quick. I didn't expect the room to have two other places to sleep so everyone had their own bed. All the staff was great.

I can't complain. The only little complaint is that one mattress closer to the window maybe needs to be replaced other than that nothing. Very comfortable to sleep on

The staff was very nice and friendly. The property was clean. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and fresh. Also whatever we asked for they made sure we got it…

Only problem was the elevator was not working but it was ok… we were on the second floor

The rooms were large and the TV was amazing!! Loved the gentleman that booked us in during the evening. He was very nice and accommodating. We needed more bedding for the boys and he found us some. My wife said His nails were cool as well!!! Also love the free cookies each evening! Kids really enjoyed that treat!

One thing but not a deal breaker .. the pool was no longer there. That is one of our kids go to activities. But we found a water park in the city and it was awesome!

The breakfast was good, they even had chocolate milk for the kids. Our room was a king with sleeper sofa and was spacious. We ended up not using the sleeper sofa, so I can't attest to its comfort. Our bed was comfortable.

The shower unit was either stained or not cleaned well. And the floor in front of the sink was sticky.

I enjoyed the stay I love that it was right in the middle of everywhere I needed to go, very clean and quiet. Every staff member I encountered was very nice and helpful

We were traveling on motorcycles and the ease of parking up front was great. Most places don't have that convenience of motorcycle parking

I didn't like having to pay in advance. Received a call from a manager(can't remember his position) that payment was needed right away or I would be charged a higher rate upon check in($119 was what I booked, was told $199 would be expected if I waited to pay at check in) So I had to pay in advance to keep the rate I was given on Booking.com Never had this happen before, felt very uncomfortable doing so.

The location is nice and the building is clean.

We had an adjoining room with a family with young kids and were awakened by the youngins’ hijinx too early for how late we arrived. I’m sorry for the young family as we came tumbling in after midnight.

Breakfast was not what most are at other like hotels. Eggs were not tasty and other items such as bread for toast weren’t available. Coffee was not bold as indicated on container. Hotel location was very good

Have someone review what is offer and update. O
